The Gathered

We booked the Gathered on a very cold, very snowy day in February. The garden was completely buried, the animals were all hidden away, and the tent was down. We met with Alysa and Elaine, in their home, we immediately felt so welcomed and at ease. There was no wedding stress, no rush and we just knew; this place was perfect. We had to trust that the photos did the summer season justice... well let me tell you, they do not. This venue is so much better in person! You just have to see it in real life.
Our wedding planning took a turn in 2020, as the whole world did, but Alysa and Elaine just rolled with the punches with us and after 2 reschedules, we made it.

We couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect spot to spend the happiest day of our lives.

This amazing venue stayed open another week just so my husband and I could get married during the crazy pandemic. Everything was perfect. From the weather to the food to the staff we couldn’t have had a better experience. If you are looking for a beautiful, well organized, friendly, magical country themed wedding this is 100% the place to do it! Thank you again “the Gathered”

This venue is absolutely beautiful! All of the gardens are lush and well maintained, the tent is gorgeous (and heated for those chilly fall evenings). The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was amazing. They were all friendly and professional, really went out of their way to make our experience there perfect!

We really couldn't have chosen a better wedding venue for us. They were very communicative and flexible throughout the whole process--they even made me a very specific meal to cater to my dietary needs and that was wonderful. The venue was stunning and all of our guests were absolutely thrilled with everything, from the natural beauty, to the games, to the food (my mom said it was the best potato salad she's had in her life). If you want beautiful wedding photos then this is a fabulous choice. We are so grateful to the Gathered for making our wedding memorable and perfect for us and our friends and family. Thank you!

It's hard to figure out where to begin when writing a review for Gathered - I want to say a million things and all of them good! Our entire experience with them from start to finish was nothing short of incredible. Seriously- incredible. Their hospitality, kindness, and warmth made for the most fantastic wedding planning experience. Whenever we had to go visit the venue, my now-husband and I were always so excited to go see them. They're the most wonderful people. They made our hearts so so happy. They made any stress we had melt away and we just loved spending time with them and on their gorgeous property. Speaking of the farm- WOW. The most beautiful space, and it has such a beautiful feeling to it too- there's a lovely peacefulness and happiness to the place and it was the best feeling in the world to get married there. The guests LOVED the venue, and people still talk about the food (us too- that warm potato salad is to die for). Gathered is a beautiful space, and the people who work there are wonderful. I'm not sure what life has in store for us next but now that they've opened their beautiful new Gathering Room space, I know it won't be long until we return :)
Thank you to Alysa, Elaine, Johnny (best bartender ever haha), Natalia, and Breeanna and everyone there for making our day so special. It meant the world to us and I can't wait until our paths cross again.

We had our wedding here and it was a dream come true! The staff went above and beyond to make the day special. They were very attentive to our vision and treated us as if we were family. The space is beautiful and the food amazing (not your typical wedding food). Numerous guests stated it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended :) would highly recommend!!

The family that runs this venue are just amazing , we worked well on creating our dream together , recent upgrades have only made the experience that much better , the food is amazing , the vegetables are from their own garden and everything else is locally sourced . Amazing spots for photos on the property , couldn’t have picked a better spot for our perfect day

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at the Gathered this past June. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The food was fantastic (we had burgers and their amazing salads!), the tent provided a beautiful atmosphere, and Alysa and Elaine were wonderful at answering all my questions and taking care of all the little details. If you want a stress free day (as stress free as a wedding can be, haha) that is surrounded by beautiful scenery and provides a relaxed environment for your guests, then definitely consider The Gathered!

Having my wedding here, couldn't have been a greater experience. It was the perfect backdrop for a prairie wedding! The gathered was incredibly helpful and proficient in anything I needed and their hospitality was better then anything I could have asked for.

MOST MAGICAL PLACE TO GET MARRIED. I found this place and fell in love immediately and then when we went to see it, I knew it was perfect. The people are so kind and helpful when planning the day. They sent us a Christmas card and that meant the world. Elaine was our officiant and she made it personal and it was perfect. The food was phenomenal. One of our friends texted us a couple weeks after the wedding and said he was craving the wedding food. Ashley, the wedding coordinator was so helpful and the day would not of been the same without her. She kept us in check and was so organized with what needed to get done. 10/10 would recommend!!
