Maple Rock Resort, located in Lindell Beach, British Columbia, and offers a truly unique wedding experience. Only 1 hour east of Vancouver you can host your wedding, reception and accommodation all in one spot. Everything is yours exclusively and nothing ever closes. Spanning 13 acres, we can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests, with on-site accomidations for up to 62 guests. The resort boasts a 300 seat amphitheater for outdoor ceremonies. Each package includes a cedar wedding arch, podium, cedar benches, and white wedding chairs. Additionally, the venue provides an indoor event center for year-round weddings, receptions and other events. Included with this space are cedar tables, chairs, decorations, lighting,and sound for your whole group to enjoy on your big day.

Country Dream
Nine families stayed for three nights, and everyone had a comfortable bed. The kids spent hours playing volleyball, I happily relaxed in the spa, and my husband practically lived in the virtual golf room.
There was plenty of parking, everything we needed was included, and the host was an absolute pleasure to work with.
A flawless, five-star experience from start to finish.
Amazing wedding/lodging venue!
The host was super flexible and let us arrange our own food and alcohol which made things much more affordable. Tables, chairs, decorations, lighting, and sound was all included and the host even set everything up for us. On the 3rd day he took everything down so we could use the indoor event space as a gymnasium. We played hours of indoor soccer and dodgeball. It was great to tire out the kids.
If you are looking for a place where everyone can stay together and have a fun wedding experience then Maple rock is definitely the place for you.

Amazing unpretentious wedding venue full of amenities set within the mountains
We recently celebrated our wedding at Maple Rock Resorts, while also renting out their sister property - Park Place, A Monopoly themed mansion for more rooms for our guests to stay.
Maple Rock offers 3 day rentals, which was perfect for us as it meant that we could spend time with our guests in an unpretentious environment while making use of the many amenities - my new wife even played some basketball in her wedding dress!
David purpose built a beautiful amphitheater for our wedding with a beautiful mountain view. There was ample seating for our 150 guests - they were perfectly positioned to view our HELICOPTER ARRIVAL! Haha.
We then enjoyed a welcome drink at his new outside bar. We got some beer from Sidekick Brewery nearby, and served Pimm's and ginger ale as a welcome drink.
We then moved into their event hall and had our wedding breakfast, catered by Simply Savory which was fantastic. We were nervous that the air conditioning wouldn't be able to keep our 150 guests cool on a hot June day, but it worked fine and everyone was comfortable.
After our lunch, we moved some tables, set up the dancefloor and had some live music.
For dinner we had a food truck on the property (Black Apron) offering a selection of smokies and charcuterie.
We also hired an extra portable washroom to avoid people walking in and out of the house on the day of our main event. Would recommend doing this.
There isn't an on site planner so we hired our own to take a lot of the stress off and she was amazing.
The best part of this was we asked our guests to contribute towards their stay and this made the weekend VERY AFFORDABLE. We sourced all of our own food and drink and we could spend money where we wanted.
David doesn't stop working to make the venue as amazing as it could be! Thank you!
