Estate 248 offers you a stunning outdoor wedding venue, located on Poppy Estate Golf Course in Langley B.C. Estate 248 has great locations, for holding ceremony, wedding reception and all related functions. The venue is perfect for planning a bespoke event, with personalized details and settings. Estate 248 can hold any number of diverse events, with any wedding style and size. There are stunning sites for taking beautiful wedding photos. The exclusive use of the marquee tent, which includes prep kitchen, restrooms (wheelchair accessible) and the ‘buffet room’ for food service, are offered. Their maximum capacity is 130 people.

Where to even begin? What a gorgeous venue! If you're looking for a unique and beautiful setting for your event, this is it! The photos speak for themselves.
Beyond that, Ally and her team were amazing! They really went above and beyond! So helpful, professional and kind. The day and all the planning before that, went so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better day! We got so many compliments on the location and every one was blown away with the beauty of it all. Thank you Ally and Estate 248 for making our wedding so magical and beautiful!

Awesome venue
Wow, we were so impressed with this venue. It had everything we needed for the day and we loved having everything in one place. We had our ceremony under the big tree, dinner under the tent, and dance in the open barn. It was awesome. Pictures were on site, because there’s a ton of space and area to do that, which cut down on time spent in the car. The bridal suite was cute and helpful. The coordinator was communicative, flexible, and informative. Would absolutely suggest this venue.

Amazing venue
Estate 248 is a GREAT option to consider if you are searching for a wedding venue. This is not your typical ‘golf course’ wedding venue.
We got married in September 2023 and Olivia, the wedding coordinator, made the wedding planning process easier than it could have been. On our wedding day she ensured the timeline was flowing and rarely had to approach me (the bride) with any concerns. I assume she dealt with any issues herself and/or spoke with the others in our wedding party and parents. This detail really helped me truly enjoy and take in our special day together.
The bridal suite on the grounds made it seamless when getting ready in the morning as well!
Since our wedding, we have received nothing but glowing comments from our guests who attended specifically how beautiful and unique the venue was.

The perfect day!
A truly beautiful venue. The only decorating we did was for the tables in the reception and the flowers in the ceremony area, the rest was already there. We were able to have the ceremony, photos, and reception all in the same area and the set up also made it easy to slip away if needed. For me, it was the perfect venue.

Our wedding
Estate 248 was absolutely a dream venue to host our wedding. This venue has so much to offer for an all in one experience. To enhance this, they have so much decor available to rent to make your day easy and accessible. Olivia was so amazing to coordinate planning with and she made everything so easy when wedding planning can be so stressful! The day off, Olivia was so amazing and made sure that our day went seamless. I was no stressed at all thanks to her. The venue itself is beautiful and doesn’t need much decor to begin with. Perfect rustic and romantic vibe!

Couldn’t have picked a better venue!
Estate 248 was an absolute dream venue for us. We wanted a beautiful backyard garden vibe and this venue hit the mark so spectacularly. From the bridal suite and rustic barns, to the gorgeous big tree and raining flower petals, it felt like a place straight out of a storybook. Olivia was so amazing to work with - she walked us through everything and was so great helping us with layout, timeline and answering any questions we had at any time. The venue rental options were a huge plus for us, too! We were able to rent lawn games like giant Jenga and Cornhole, which were a huge hit with the families during cocktail hour, and a great alternative for people who didn’t want to dance. Thank you so much to Olivia and crew who helped make the wedding day of our dreams become a reality!

Very flexible! Perfect if you want a blank canvas venue!
Estate 248 was a beautiful rustic venue! Olivia and Lauren were really easy to work with and helped us achieve the wedding we always wanted! It was a perfect place for us because we wanted to do everything from scratch - so many other venues we inflexible and had limited options of customization, but we could do it all! On the day, everything went smoothly and our guests loved the venue! The dance floor was a wee bit small but it made it more inviting for people to dance and it was v easy for people to go from the dance floor to the tables without feeling left out 🤍🥰 They also have a great selection of on-site rentals including an on-site bridal suite!
