Guests will have 140 private acres to enjoy, with a spacious barn and multiple onsite services to ensure a memorable celebration.

Facilities and Capacity

Barn Swallow Fields can host events ranging from intimate elopements to lavish receptions with up to 140 guests. Their main indoor setting is a custom, barn-style structure that offers 4,000 square feet of space. Inside features an open floor plan, allowing you to create any seating arrangement you like. Shiplap walls and large windows surround the area, making for both a bucolic backdrop and a bright, airy atmosphere. Exposed wooden beams and a delicate chandelier hang from the cathedral ceiling for a romantic finish. Outside the barn doors is a wraparound patio, where you and your guests can enjoy cocktails with stunning country views. The open-air ceremony space features bench seating on the lush lawns, where your loved ones can watch you exchange your vows under the sun. Also available is a private lounge area, The Milne Room, for soon-to-be-weds and their wedding party to prepare for the altar in style.

Chairs, tables, linens, and dinnerware are available in-house to complete your venue aesthetic. The team will take care of the setup, giving you time to focus on the important things. Ample parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility and shuttle services to ensure everyone arrives at the celebration with ease.
