Meet the team

Lana and Marc have been married over 25 years. They have three girls, Alyssa, Brianna and Cassidy or as they like to call them A, B and C for short.
They are from Sherwood Park. Lana was born in Edmonton and raised in Sherwood Park and Marc moved to Sherwood Park from Montreal when he was in Grade 5.
Their eldest daughter, Alyssa, was supposed to get married at Hastings Lake Gardens to her fiancée Colton in June of 2020. That is actually how they heard Hastings Lake Gardens was for sale! They also attended a wedding here some years ago without any idea they would one day be the owners!
Unfortunately, due to COVID, Alyssa and Colton had to reschedule their wedding to 2021. On June 25, 2021 they happily tied the knot at Hastings Lake Gardens!
The previous owners ran the venue for over 20 years and put a lot of hard work and time into making it into the beauty it is today. They are now happily enjoying their retirement in the Okanagan.
Marc and Lana are now entering their 3rd season as owners of Hastings Lake Gardens, and are absolutely loving it! I mean who wouldn't? From all the incredible people and vendors they have met and work with, to be able to work in such a happy place, and to most of all ... being able to witness all the love and to host and capture a couple's special day. Well that is just the best!
