Robin, Deanna and their teams were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a specific vision for our wedding to be a celebration of both of our cultures and they were able to make that happen. Our friends and family are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food!Sent on 27/01/2019

Beautiful venue. Amazing staff
I have to start by saying Brooklyn and Robin played a big part in making our wedding wonderful. Brookly’s energy is just what I needed to ease any jitters I had that day.Sent on 21/08/2018
The gardens are absolutely beautiful and with the renovations they recently have made it picture perfect.

I had my wedding reception at the RBG in July of 2017 and I am so glad that it was suggested to us by a good friend! I would highly recommend this venue! It is beautiful!Sent on 28/10/2018
Robin was amazing to work with and we emailed back and forth almost weekly it seemed. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her and the team made my day so so special!
The food was amazing!!! We had nothing but compliments on the service and food itself! Because we did not want a traditional sit down wedding, my husband and I opted for a cocktail reception. There are so many options and packages you can build on which made it so easy for us! We had Hors d'oeuvres being served throughout the entire evening along with a taco and poutine station. These were definite hits with our guests!
Our pictures turned out beautifully and were so convenient as you have access to the gardens for the duration of your reception, as do your guests!
Another great aspect is you receive a one year membership to the RBG after your wedding!!!
I was extremely happy with how everything turned out and came together! It was such an amazing experience to plan my wedding with Robin and her team, and I could not have wished for a more beautiful day!!!!!

Lots of Compliments on the look but we are very disappointed
There is far too much to say about the disappointment with my venue so I will try to summarize. It looks stunning. We payed for a premium package and spent tens of thousands of dollars here on catering and venue rental. The communications with the venue prior were atrocious and confusing. They don't respond for weeks and when they do it's the wrong answer. I could never get a hold of anyone. At the tasting the food was amazing but on the day everything was overcooked. We paid for mashed potatoes and got roasted instead. We had a few guests tell us they were quite certain they WATERED DOWN the hard liquor at the open bar. The atrium was FREEZING like a refrigerator. They told us there was nothing they could do because they had to keep it cold for the trees. They knew well in advance I was having a photobooth but when they showed up on the day of, no one knew where it was supposed to go. They could never give me any information on the actual details so I missed out on planning a lot. I was trying to put together signature drinks and no one could even tell me what liquor or bar mixes were available to us to make recipes. So very disappointed, especially for the insane amount of money we forked over. They don't care about you at all.Sent on 30/06/2019

Coordinator was disorganized, didn't offer many options, pretty good price
We found that the botanical gardens offered some good options, but were low on flexibility around the date. The main coordinator (Robin) was really hard to work with and didn't take responsibility for her mistakes and blamed others when things went wrong. Also you have to do all set up and take down same day, so we had to stay after for HOURS with our whole group to take all our decor home, it was exhausting. And we couldn't bring our stuff too early in the morning and there wasn't really room for our deserts we brought in their fridge, causing them to melt. They just weren't very accommodating. Also you can't hang any of your decor on anything so forget twinkly lights. Otherwise, it was a nice space for a reasonable cost.Sent on 26/10/2018
