Facilities and Capacity
You will find four unique spaces at Stanley Park Pavilion, each offering a neutral colour palettte. Our venues are perfect for any occasion, with natural light, high ceilings and beautiful views overlooking the Stanley Park gardens. Whether you are looking for an intimate gathering or a show stopping backdrop for a lavish celebration, Stanley Park Pavilion has the flexibility to create your dream event.
1. Lord Stanley Ballroom
This elegant turn-of-the-century ballroom with vintage glass chandeliers seats up to 180 guests or 250 for standing style receptions. This venue is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions, banqueting events, conferences and wellness weekends.
2. The Tea Room
Complete with a wood burning fireplace and a full service bar, this venue offers additional space for 80 seated guests or 180 guests for an indoor wedding ceremony, more intimate wedding receptions or a cocktail style event. Perfect for more intimate gatherings, the Tea Room offers a casual lounge atmosphere.
3. Outdoor Spaces
The beautiful landscaped gardens of Stanley Park are the perfect romantic location for your outdoor ceremony and wedding receptions. The Formal Gardens and Side Lawn can accommodate small intimate weddings or larger guest parties up to 250 guests.
4. Stanley’s Bar & Grill
The perfect bar for casual weddings and banquet events, this space optionally adjoins the Tea Room and Lord Stanley Ballroom, as well as providing direct access to the large east-facing deck and main lawn.
