We had a wedding planner, Nicky from One and Only Events, who worked with the venue. While i only needed to speak with Stanley Park Pavilion for payments, they were extremely helpful and easy to work with.

We held our wedding in Jun this year. I would highly recommend this place. Every staff member is super helpful and responsive. Although we received a sudden notification about garden maintenance (by the park) a few weeks before our wedding, which greatly annoyed us, The manager Buket responded quickly, helped us to negotiate with the park and provided us with many alternative solutions. The event coordinator Seren and all F&B operation team members were so nice and helpful on our event day. Thank you all guys for making our wedding perfect.

Excellent vendor! A beautiful venue with a lot of offer. Venue comes with catering, so that's one less vendor to worry about, and the staff are incredibly helpful every step of the way!

We were so fortunate to book Stanley Park Pavilion's beautiful venue for our wedding. The space offered such a variety of spaces for each part of our wedding day - it was perfect. Aside from the obvious beauty of the space, the team was amazing. From start to finish, they were very responsive, collaborative, accommodating and understood our vision and made sure to do their best to bring it to life. Our wedding would not have been at all possible without the hard work, care and thoughtfulness of the team at Stanley Park Pavilion!

From our first meeting and consultation about our wedding day, Buket and the entire team at SPP skillfully and masterfully executed our vision; they were an absolute dream to work with!

Everything about planning our wedding was seamless - Buket ensured that no questions were left unasked or detail left unaddressed. SPP were accommodating and flexible in making sure that our event was not only perfectly planned, but also unique and personal to who we are, what we wanted our wedding celebration to be about, and how we wanted the entire day to feel. We could not have asked for a better partner in making our day incredibly special.

Some additional thoughts that we thought we would share:
The SPP is an absolutely wonderful venue - it has the perfect blend of iconic heritage elements mixed with beautifully modern updates. The entire space is just amazing!
The garden ceremony could not have been more perfect. SPP, and its partners with the Vancouver Parks & Recreation Board, do an outstanding job keeping the lawn and gardens in pristine condition - the attention to detail in designing and growing the seasonal flower beds were simply perfect.
The food and bar at the wedding were second-to-none - everyone of our guests commented that their meal was utterly delicious. We opted for the buffet which was very easy to customize to our particular tastes and preferences - there were plenty of options to choose from. SPP also offered an excellent selection of local beers and wines.
All of the service team at SPP were exceptionally friendly and hugely professional - they provided exemplary service throughout the event, from the initial set-up, throughout the ceremony, the cocktail and formal receptions, and during clean-up/take-down. We cannot thank them enough for making the entire day so wonderful!

A final comment about Buket: we are so incredibly grateful for all of the personal touches that she effortlessly showed us throughout the planning of our wedding, and on our wedding day itself. Buket went above-and-beyond, to say the least: she got to know us as people and thoughtfully went through every detail of our ceremony and wedding reception. Buket was professional, friendly and invested in making sure that our event was perfect. We could not have asked for a better partner in planning and executing our wedding.

We will never forget our wedding at the SPP - we could not recommend the SPP more!

The most complements (besides the brides dress!) was honestly about the food. The FOOD at this venue was a non-stop talking point. We opted in for the buffet. It was a great hit. We also liked the architecture of the place. The sound from the ballroom is contained in the ballroom. So if your guests are out in the tearoom/ bar area they can still have a space to have conversations without the loud music. Perfect spot. Great place for wedding photos because you’re already in Stanley park! Highly recommend, money well spent on the most important day of any couples lives!
