Whether a bridal party for 80 friends or a wedding reception for 400 guests, this magical venue has several event spaces which can accommodate a whooping 1,000 guests for a sit down dinner! Our best day ever!
The Guild Inn has become an extremely popular wedding venue in the past 1-2 years and there is a reason for that. It didn't take us long to decide to have our wedding here and we know that we made the right decision!Sent on 04/10/2019
First of all, it is an amazing location right by the Bluffs. The Guildwood Park is also undeniably one of the most gorgeous places for wedding photos in the GTA. We also loved the fact that we could do everything at just one location - wedding photos, ceremony and reception. They even included an officiant and musician in their ceremony package, which was brilliant! Both my husband and I come from Chinese families, so our parents demanded a Chinese banquet and the Guild Inn partners with the best Chinese caterer in the GTA.
Francesca was our main point of contact and had been wonderful to work with. We booked the Guild Inn over a year before our wedding date and every time we reached out to her by email, she had been very prompt and helpful with her responses. When we finally met her in person, she was just as great and professional. We really appreciated the accommodation to some of our guests' special meal requests.
Priyanka was our banquet manager for the reception. Although we did not have much time to interact with her, we thank her and the team for doing an overall fantastic job. The only thing that could have improved was the cocktail hour. Due to the rain, we had to relocate from the outdoor terrace to the indoor lobby area. Since this was an unexpected change, our guests had to wait outside the reception entrance for a short period without food. When the hors d'oeuvres were served though, they were really delicious! We also had a signature cocktail made by the bartender and our guests loved it! We also want to commend the team for their excellent coordination with our other vendors.
Overall, we are very satisfied with having our wedding here. We actually would love to come back perhaps for a friend's wedding so that we could relive the great memories we've made at the Guild Inn. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Venue - Amazing Staff

Leading up to the wedding day, we dealt exclusively with our Details Manager, Jennifer. She had amazing attention to detail, and was so helpful in answering our questions and addressing our special requests. She worked with our Planner and other vendors to execute our vision perfectly, and really helped to calm our nerves amidst the hectic planning process.
On the day of the wedding, our Banquet Manager Priyanka and her team were amazing. Priyanka took really good care of us and our guests - making sure all the dinner courses were served on time, and even delivering hors d'oeuvres into the bridal suite during cocktail hour when we were getting our make-up and hair changed.
We had a ton of comments from our guests about how delicious the food was. The portions were very generous, and the food was cooked perfectly! Everything from the hors d'oeuvres, to the dinner, to the late night food stations. We asked our steaks to be cooked medium rare, and they were all cooked to perfection. Our chicken entree was moist and flavourful - the favourite of all our choice entrees, which is surprising since chicken usually tends to be dry and bland at weddings. The kitchen staff also took extra care to accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions.
Our bartender (unfortunately, I don't recall her name), was the sweetest and most fun bartender we've ever met at a wedding. She kept our drinks flowing and our guests entertained all night.
And of course, the venue is absolutely beautiful! The ceremony space is in an outdoor covered gazebo, so despite the rain that day, we were still able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The hall itself is bright with floor to ceiling windows, which let in a lot of natural light and overlooks the beautiful gardens and terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we were not able to host the cocktails on the outdoor terrace, but our guests enjoyed themselves nonetheless.
Although the venue can accommodate up to 4 weddings at a time, the soundproofing was amazing and not having left the banquet hall, we never would have known that there were other weddings going on. The venue has security guards at all the entry / exit points, and they did a great job keeping potential crashers from entering our hall.
Sincere thanks once again to The Guild Inn Estate staff for making our wedding day as amazing and memorable as it was!

Perfect Wedding Day at Guild Inn Estates
We had a beautiful wedding and it was due to the many people at Guild Inn Estate who helped put it together. From the moment Francesca (Director of Special Events & Community Relations) introduced herself, she was very friendly and prompt in answering our questions. On the day of the wedding, everything was ready for us and the staff were attentive to our needs. We did not have to worry about every minor detail as everyone knew what had to be done and did it exceptionally well. Our guests loved how high class the venue and setup was. We were impressed by the professionalism and hard work everyone put in. We actually left a wedding gift behind and called the next day inquiring about it's whereabouts. The staff quickly located it and also found some other items that were left behind.
Overall, we had an amazing day and we want to thank the staff of Guild Inn Estate for making it special.

Everything we could ask for !!
We had held our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate on June 28, 2019. The space is beautiful. We held our ceremony in the gazebo and took our pictures in the park behind the venue. We only have rave reviews for this venue. Our coordinator Francesca answered all our questions promptly, she was amazing to work with. On the day of our event we worked with Denise, who was wonderful. She was considerate and friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing, our guests were throughly pleased. We loved the late night poutine station, it is totally worth it! I recommend this venue to anyone, no questions asked.Sent on 04/07/2019

A dream come true!

Booking was done with Shelly and she answered my MANY questions, provided all the possible dates and drafted quotes before we set our date.
Then the months of preparation was done with Jennifer our Event Details Manager! She assisted with booking tastings, recommendations on menu items and alternatives, flow of the night and guestlist management. Jennifer was so personable and made the planning stress-free. She accommodated any last minute changes. She was also quick with email responses!
On the day of the event we were lucky to have Nicki and Denise oversee our event. They checked-in on us often. We had some unexpected visitors and Denise (& kitchen) was able to accommodate them promptly with no hesitation. I want to thank the setup/clean-up, wait and bar staff for their professionalism, positive attitudes and great customer service they provided to my guests. The kitchen/chefs did an amazing job. The food was unbelievable! Portion size for the entrees (beef & salmon) were out of this world! The late night poutine was a hit with well seasoned fries.
Overall, our wedding became a DREAM at the Guild Inn Estates. My guests have nothing but positive things to say about the event and the beautiful venue. We hope to return again soon!
