You can begin your day in the dedicated get-ready suite, allowing you to start your festivities in total relaxation. This magical location features a stunning ceremony site, allowing you to exchange your vows on the property. Multiple event spaces are available, ranging in size to accommodate your needs. You can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a sit-down reception in the main event hall. This space features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flow through and illuminate your celebration. There is plenty of space for a dance floor and after-dinner entertainment, allowing you to celebrate well into the evening.

Excellent Venue
I got married at The Guild Inn Estates on July 20th, 2024. This venue is spectacular, from the high quality of food to the beautiful surroundings. Priyanka was our event details manager and was the list organized, easy going person to work with for months on end. She always responded promptly to emails and provided a great deal of detail. We had the package with the officiant and pianist included which made the whole experience like a fairytale. The pianist, Lorelei, was incredible we asked her to play seven songs from different genres and she learned them and played them perfectly. The officiant, Rob, offered guidance through the whole experience and really made our nerves dissipate. The food was so delicious, we had the spinach salad, lobster ravioli, duo of beef tenderloin and chicken and lady Godiva double chocolate cheesecake. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a host for their special day.

Everything we needed
We had a wonderful wedding at the Guild Inn Estate. The packages were great value, especially adjacent to the gorgeous park for guests and photos. Our relatives loved the abundance of hors d'oeuvres, and everyone raved about the tender rib eye steak entrée and sweet fresh fruits in the appetizers. The friendly bartenders really added to the fun, because they were also down for a great time! My friends made sure to tip generously for their attitude! Our details planner Natalie was prompt and accommodating, even with some last-minute changes. Our banquet manager, Sylvanna, added a thoughtful and personal touch of a hot water and tea station for our older relatives which was MUCH appreciated. Everything went smoothly, thanks to the Guild Inn and our wedding planner. Highly recommend Guild Inn for your wedding!

The perfect venue
We had our wedding here at the end of June and it was everything we could ask for and more! The venue and staff were both incredible. Our coordinator there was Natalie and she did an excellent job at making sure everything ran smoothly leading up to and on the actual day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend The Guild Inn to anyone and everyone. Also, the food was incredible (they're super accommodating with dietary restrictions and allergies), people have not stopped telling us how good everything tasted!

Our wedding shower
We recently hosted our wedding shower at the Guild Inn and it was absolutely perfect! The venue itself is stunning with its historic charm and picturesque surroundings. Every person we worked with at the estate and both Priyanka and Silvana went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. Priyanka checked in with us multiple times throughout our planning process and the week leading up to the event to support us as much as possible to ensure our event went off without a hitch! The service on the day of was impeccable, our guests are still raving about our menu, the food was absolutely delicious! The kitchen staff were very sweet and went above our expectations to make our experience personal. We would HIGHLY recommend the Guild Inn for any of your special events, they truly know how to make your day special and unforgettable.

Perfect Wedding
We had our wedding here on June 29th and it was literally perfect! First off the venue is beautiful! From the ceremony to the grounds to the reception everything is stunning, it was great to have everything all in one location and the food was very delicious. What made it extra special for us was the staff. Priyanka did an excellent job on making sure our day turned out the way we wanted it to. The communication was great !!

Great choice for my wedding venue
Guild Inn Estate was the right choice for me and my wife's wedding venue. The location itself is beautiful, right on the Scarborough bluffs with a huge park/gardens area and an ancient Greek style theatre where we took so many beautiful photos. The staff were also super nice and helpful and our details coordinator Rebecca worked closely with us to make sure our wedding was just the way we wanted it!

Beautiful Venue with Amazing Staff
Our experience with The Guild Inn Estate was nothing short of amazing. Priyanka and the rest of the staff were great to work with. From the first tour to the wedding day, they were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the fact that this was a one-stop shop for our wedding. We did our ceremony, photos, cocktail hour and reception here and all of our guests shared their appreciation for having everything in one place. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful and service was impeccable. I would 100% recommend The Guild Inn Estate to anyone who is looking to have a special event.

Dream Venue
We are so happy to have chosen the Guild for our special day. It is so convenient to be able to have a ceremony, reception, and a beautiful space both indoor and outdoor for photography. Ainsley, Priyanka, Silvana, and the rest of the team were supportive and accommodating throughout our planning process. We chose a pierogies station for our cocktail hour which was so popular, and our guests were so happy with the food!
Our wedding day was seamless and we couldn't be happier. We would absolutely refer this venue to any future couples.

Beautiful Space, Amazing Staff
What a an absolutely stunning venue to have a wedding!! When were looking at different venues for our wedding, we instantly noticed the large windows at the Guild Inn that brought so much light and life into the venue. It mat seem like an unimportant detail, but you'd be surprised how many venue we saw with small or even no windows. The venue is beautiful and gives you the option to control the available space as multiple rooms are connected by accordion dividers. Priyanka was our details manager and did a fantastic job answering our hundreds of questions and making sure every detail was taken care of. The food was delicious and the catering servic was fantastic. We also had access to a bridal suite which was very helpful. The park itself is absolutely beautiful and serene and is a great spot for a wedding photoshoot. I had a winter wedding and even though there was no snow on my wedding day, our photos still turned out amazing thanks to the beautiful landscape of the park. l absolutely recommend the beautiful Guild Inn and its extremely helpful staff.

Wonderful venue and wonderful people
It was a great experience choosing The Guild Inn as our wedding venue. Saying our vows amidst the beautifully landscaped gardens and unique architecture set the tone of our ceremony - classy and solemn. The greenery and architecture made a wonderful backdrop for all our wedding photos - think historical heritage surrounded by leaves changing color.
The food was a true delight! Our guests are still talking about how delicious it all was. We were able to accommodate our meals to cater to everybody’s special dietary requests.
But what truly made our day exceptional was the people at the Guild Inn. The staff didn't just provide a service; they were warm, considerate, and detail-oriented. Thanks to Silvana and her team. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel well taken care of. Detail manager Priyanka had smooth and responsive communication throughout the process. We are still thrilled about having picked this venue!
