The Guild Estate Inn is a luxurious wedding venue located in Toronto, Ontario. Facilities and Capacity

You can begin your day in the dedicated get-ready suite, allowing you to start your festivities in total relaxation. This magical location features a stunning ceremony site, allowing you to exchange your vows on the property. Multiple event spaces are available, ranging in size to accommodate your needs. You can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a sit-down reception in the main event hall. This space features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flow through and illuminate your celebration. There is plenty of space for a dance floor and after-dinner entertainment, allowing you to celebrate well into the evening.

Services Offered

The Guild Estate Inn offers couples two types of packages to choose from, the Chinese Wedding Package and the Guild Inn Wedding Package. The services offered include event planning assistance from the expert staff, ensuring that your special day runs as smoothly as possible. You can also enjoy on-site catering from the talented culinary staff who will help you to design a custom wedding menu. Bar services are available, along with a range of event rentals. You can include outside vendors in your celebration in order to make it truly unique. The staff can also assist in the set-up of your event, allowing you to enjoy this spectacular day totally stress-free.

    Outstanding Experience at The Guild Estate Inn

    My husband and I were married at The Guild Inn Estate on December 4th 2021. We originally were supposed to wed December 5th 2020 but due to Covid we were postponed a year. We had selected our venue pre-Covid and were paired up with Francesca Bancheri, Director of Special Events & community relations. From the very beginning Francesca was amazing! Obviously, we were very nervous to move forward as Covid became worse and worse but Francesca was there to support us every step of the way and answer our many questions.
    We were given different options for what we wanted to do given the pandemic and we decided to hold out until 2021. Thankfully, the timing worked out and our wedding was a hit! The food was absolutely amazing, the venue its self was so beautiful and a great backdrop for our photos. Our entire bridal party got ready at the venue, which was a last-minute addition thanks to Francesca for organizing. We could not be happier with the entire day and planning up until the event. Thank you to Francesca and the Guild staff for making this dream wedding come true!

    Amazing experience from planning through to the end of our wedding night

    Incredible experience with the Guild Inn Estate! We had our wedding there on October 30th and as hectic as weddings can be, I can truthfully say ours went pretty smoothly thanks to the staff and team.

    First, the grounds are beautiful. It rained (POURED) on our special day but everything is so beautiful there that it didn't matter - plenty of spaces just close enough to the venue to take some great outdoor photos.

    I want to give a special shout out to Francesca who was professional, friendly, and super helpful when we needed guidance with navigating the whole planning process in the middle of a pandemic. Wedding planning can be tough enough but Francesca really helped us make sure we had all our ducks in a row. Francesca was also very responsive and answered my many questions.

    I also want to give Beth a massive virtual hug. On the day-of, Beth made sure my husband and I were fed and well taken care of (because it really does get hectic!!). Beth checked in frequently, was there to keep me calm before our ceremony because some key guests were running late, and helped us locate missing items at the end of night.

    Great experience, highly recommend!

    Amazing Venue with Lovely Staff

    We would gladly recommend The Guild Inn Estate to anyone looking to host a wedding. The building and grounds are breathtaking! Being able to have our ceremony and reception at the same venue helped alleviate a lot of stress and allowed for the day to go smoothly. The Gazebo on-site is a beautiful outdoor, covered space where we were able to have our ceremony. We had an excellent experience planning and getting organized with Francesca. She quickly responded to our many emails and was always very informative regarding any changes required due to provincial Covid-19 mandates. Our staff during the reception were wonderful including our event manager, Beth. It was the perfect place to host our wedding!

    Perfect venue, ceremony space and backyard

    Can’t get over how Gorgeous this venue is, the park in the back makes for the most amazing photos. The reception space is extremely spacious and has a beautiful view of the park. The staff were extremely helpful during covid and answering all our questions and help us make this the best experience. The food was so good my guest are still talking about how amazing it all was!!

    Wonderful team, gorgeous venue!

    I can’t rave enough about the staff at the guild inn. You book the venue for the gorgeous grounds and amazing food but the staff really made a lasting impact on us and a guests. Francesca, Beth and Tom were AMAZING!! Beth was a godsend and I couldn’t imagine our day going so smoothly without her.

    The Perfect Venue for our Perfect Day!

    The Guild Inn was fantastic. It was at the top of our list when starting our planning and did not disappoint. The Wedding turned out more perfect than we could have ever hoped for.

    Francesca was an absolute rock throughout the whole process. She was always available and extremely supportive to our (many) questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was arranged and setup to our liking. COVID through a wrench into things, but again, the support system and flexibility was there, even without us needing to ask for it. We are forever grateful to have had Francesca working with us along the way.

    The night of went off smoother than we would have dreamed. Judy was outstanding as our night of co-ordinator. She was everywhere she needed to be and helped us every step of the way. Made our lives 100x easier and went above and beyond in every situation. We can't say enough nice things about her and the staff throughout the night.

    Lastly the food. Wow was it amazing. I believe every guest who attended made a comment about how good there meal was. We also had many food allergies that had to be worked through and the Guild made everything not only work, but taste amazing.

    The Guild was the perfect choice for our special day!

    Our best day ever!

    The Guild Inn has become an extremely popular wedding venue in the past 1-2 years and there is a reason for that. It didn't take us long to decide to have our wedding here and we know that we made the right decision!

    First of all, it is an amazing location right by the Bluffs. The Guildwood Park is also undeniably one of the most gorgeous places for wedding photos in the GTA. We also loved the fact that we could do everything at just one location - wedding photos, ceremony and reception. They even included an officiant and musician in their ceremony package, which was brilliant! Both my husband and I come from Chinese families, so our parents demanded a Chinese banquet and  the Guild Inn partners with the best Chinese caterer in the GTA. 

    Francesca was our main point of contact and had been wonderful to work with. We booked the Guild Inn over a year before our wedding date and every time we reached out to her by email, she had been very prompt and helpful with her responses. When we finally met her in person, she was just as great and professional. We really appreciated the accommodation to some of our guests' special meal requests. 

    Priyanka was our banquet manager for the reception. Although we did not have much time to interact with her, we thank her and the team for doing an overall fantastic job. The only thing that could have improved was the cocktail hour. Due to the rain, we had to relocate from the outdoor terrace to the indoor lobby area. Since this was an unexpected change, our guests had to wait outside the reception entrance for a short period without food. When the hors d'oeuvres were served though, they were really delicious! We also had a signature cocktail made by the bartender and our guests loved it! We also want to commend the team for their excellent coordination with our other vendors.

    Overall, we are very satisfied with having our wedding here. We actually would love to come back perhaps for a friend's wedding so that we could relive the great memories we've made at the Guild Inn. Thank you so much!

    Beautiful Venue - Amazing Staff

    We had our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate on Sept 1, 2019, and it was the best day ever! All the staff at The Guild were so amazing to work with!

    Leading up to the wedding day, we dealt exclusively with our Details Manager, Jennifer. She had amazing attention to detail, and was so helpful in answering our questions and addressing our special requests. She worked with our Planner and other vendors to execute our vision perfectly, and really helped to calm our nerves amidst the hectic planning process.

    On the day of the wedding, our Banquet Manager Priyanka and her team were amazing. Priyanka took really good care of us and our guests - making sure all the dinner courses were served on time, and even delivering hors d'oeuvres into the bridal suite during cocktail hour when we were getting our make-up and hair changed.

    We had a ton of comments from our guests about how delicious the food was. The portions were very generous, and the food was cooked perfectly! Everything from the hors d'oeuvres, to the dinner, to the late night food stations. We asked our steaks to be cooked medium rare, and they were all cooked to perfection. Our chicken entree was moist and flavourful - the favourite of all our choice entrees, which is surprising since chicken usually tends to be dry and bland at weddings. The kitchen staff also took extra care to accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions.

    Our bartender (unfortunately, I don't recall her name), was the sweetest and most fun bartender we've ever met at a wedding. She kept our drinks flowing and our guests entertained all night.

    And of course, the venue is absolutely beautiful! The ceremony space is in an outdoor covered gazebo, so despite the rain that day, we were still able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The hall itself is bright with floor to ceiling windows, which let in a lot of natural light and overlooks the beautiful gardens and terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we were not able to host the cocktails on the outdoor terrace, but our guests enjoyed themselves nonetheless.

    Although the venue can accommodate up to 4 weddings at a time, the soundproofing was amazing and not having left the banquet hall, we never would have known that there were other weddings going on. The venue has security guards at all the entry / exit points, and they did a great job keeping potential crashers from entering our hall.

    Sincere thanks once again to The Guild Inn Estate staff for making our wedding day as amazing and memorable as it was!

    Perfect Wedding Day at Guild Inn Estates

    We had a beautiful wedding and it was due to the many people at Guild Inn Estate who helped put it together. From the moment Francesca (Director of Special Events & Community Relations) introduced herself, she was very friendly and prompt in answering our questions. She was supportive every step of the way and we appreciated it.

    On the day of the wedding, everything was ready for us and the staff were attentive to our needs. We did not have to worry about every minor detail as everyone knew what had to be done and did it exceptionally well. Our guests loved how high class the venue and setup was. We were impressed by the professionalism and hard work everyone put in. We actually left a wedding gift behind and called the next day inquiring about it's whereabouts. The staff quickly located it and also found some other items that were left behind.

    Overall, we had an amazing day and we want to thank the staff of Guild Inn Estate for making it special.

    We had held our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate on June 28, 2019. The space is beautiful. We held our ceremony in the gazebo and took our pictures in the park behind the venue. We only have rave reviews for this venue. Our coordinator Francesca answered all our questions promptly, she was amazing to work with. On the day of our event we worked with Denise, who was wonderful. She was considerate and friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing, our guests were throughly pleased. We loved the late night poutine station, it is totally worth it! I recommend this venue to anyone, no questions asked.
