We hired Colin & Feedback Event Services for our wedding in November and he did a fabulous job! The booking and planning process was very smooth and Colin did a great job communicating with us throughout the process and the music for our event kept everyone dancing all night! He made sure everything went as planned and we also loved the music planning/suggestion site he offered! All around great experience with Feedback Event Services!

From the very beginning, we could tell that Colin truly loves what he does and is incredibly knowledgeable. In our phone calls leading up to the wedding, Colin was simultaneously professional and chill and we felt super comfortable with him.

He brought so much energy to our wedding—hyping everyone up, keeping the flow of the evening seamless, and checking in with us often to make sure we were having the best time. We gave him a general playlist without really indicating what we absolutely loved and disliked but he somehow just knew! I was on the terrace for a bit itching to run back on to the dancefloor, and the moment I walked in he played some of my favourite tracks.

He's also got some great games and tricks up his sleeve! We wanted our guests to take home the centerpieces but hadn’t planned a game for it, so we left it up to him. Colin came up with something fun and creative that wasn’t predictable at all - almost a troll game and it was fantastic! We also mentioned we weren’t totally opposed to kissing games but would prefer not to do them, and he came up with the perfect alternative that kept the vibe lively while making sure we were comfortable.

We’re so glad we had him as both our DJ and MC—he kept the party going, made everything easy for us, and truly elevated our wedding day. Not sure who could possibly give him a 1 star because he was absolutely phenomenal! Thank you Colin, we're so glad you were there to celebrate with us!

Colin was our DJ/MC for our wedding earlier this month, and we are so happy to have worked with him! From our initial consultation call, it was clear that Colin has a passion to make sure everyone has the best time at parties!

In the lead-up to the wedding, Colin was great in helping us understand what the different options were for our needs, and answered my many questions about guest games and navigating language barriers. The system he uses to put your personal music requests is awesome, and the guest request section received some compliments as well! There were some communication delays, but we were always able to connect at the end and have our questions resolved.

On the day of our wedding, Colin was great at matching the vibe of our guests and having them entertained throughout the evening. He helped us on the fly adjust announcements and run the games we planned together. We had wanted to play some niche cultural songs as well, but forgot to communicate with him prior about those. Colin was still able to find those songs, day of, and it led to one of my favourite moments of the night!

I heard so many compliments about Colin’s DJing from my guests, and I am extremely glad that we hired Colin to ensure that it was the best party ever.

I paid for dry ice for our first dance at our wedding, Colin did not deliver. Video and photos clearly show an empty dancefloor with no mist, by no means a "walking in the cloud" experience as they advertise. We paid $400 for the dry ice which is to include 2 songs, there was no cloud delivered at any point even of one song. I have asked for a refund for the package I paid FULL price for and that you did not deliver. You have admitted to your failure to deliver yet have not processed the refund. You charged me for dry ice and it is your obligation to deliver. To the reader, would you want to find yourself paying for a service for your wedding with the chance you may or may not get what you paid for?

We had a seafood station set up for our guests during cocktail hour. Our guests reported seeing Colin eating shrimps and scallops from our station that was for our guests only. This is a distasteful display and speaks volumes to his professionalism. As a vendor you are aware you get 1 plated dish at dinner and served after the guests. I have asked you to pay for your consumption of our seafood station at the per person cost we paid for each guest. You are hired as a vendor, not a guest attending our wedding. In contrast of all other vendors who worked timelessly, he started latest and tasked to play music while our guests ate but instead,1 hr into cocktail hr he's breaking and taking food that's for our guests.

We paid extra for MC service. Colin did not deliver. At his consult he will tell u he has experience and can "read the room" and play games during any delays, and engage with the guests. This is far from what he is capable of. While we were outside taking photos he left the guests to sit, did not play any games or engage. When we returned we were informed of his lack of engagement and I instructed him to play games so he played one. The one other game he played from the total of 2 for the entire night was the bride and groom shoe game and he played it WITHOUT the bride and groom. We out out in the lobby when we were informed of what he was doing, we ran into the ballroom to salvage his mess.

During the consult he will present a level of confidence of his experience and accomplishments but his performance and overall quality is miles from what he will describe. We didn't place much importance in the DJ role so tasked him with very little, a playlist of 30 preferred mainstream songs. He charged us extra to make a few announcements such as inform our guests of photobooth and cake when served, all of which he did not do. I would not recommend him to anyone. Our guests thought he was a friend providing amateur DJ service for free, by no means reflective of the $2150 we paid. he did nothing but eat our food, push a play button. He spent majority of the time leaning against the wall with his nose in his phone, disconnect from the event. It's questionable if he even did a basic sound check as the sound was muffled and faint, when he spoke it sounded like him breathing heavily into the mic. Do not book him, there are an abundant of DJ options. He charged us for dry ice, did not deliver a 'cloud experience' for our first dance, ripped us off and kept our payment, evident he has no integrity.

Colin is very professional,hard working and very accurate. He made our wedding so special. His attention to detail in the song choices were impeccable. Such an amazing hard worker and always quick to reply with any questions I needed answers to. I would definitely recommend him for all of your dj needs. You will not be disappointed by the results.

Colin was our DJ for our ceremony and reception. We had an amazing experience. The dance floor was never empty, his experience and passion really shows. He was able to blend different genres of music so everyone had songs they enjoyed.

We very much appreciated Colin's professionalism from offering advice about ensuring that we had the right speakers and lights, to an exceptional playlist. We were very impressed with the links (playlist, timeline and details) which really facilitated our planning. Many of our guests enjoyed the ability to request music according to their taste.

The soft background music allowed our guests to interact during dinner. We appreciated the timing for our ceremony and during our dance routines. Finally, Colin played 'oldies but goodies' (and accommodated requests) which our guests thoroughly enjoyed throughout the evening,

We hope we will have opportunities to use Feedback Event Services in the future.

Colin was amazing through and through! He was very communicative, positive, informative and overall threw a great party! We were getting compliments on the music variety and how everyone loved that it applied to all ages. Colin will give you a form to fill out which was very user friendly and I personally loved that I could go in and make changes at any given time - even up to the last minute before the wedding. He also took instruction well & kept me and the rest of is on track to ensure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommend!!

We used Feedback for our DJ services. Everything went off smoothly and our DJ, Bill, was a major reason why. He was responsive to feedback and managed to have the whole playlist flow smoothly, which we really appreciated. I think our guests really enjoyed how it played out as well as we got a lot of positive reviews from friends and family alike.

We hired Feedback for our September 2023 wedding. We had Hubert as our DJ and MC and he was incredible! He had great energy and was easy to communicate with. He clarified a few things and made sure we got exactly what we wanted!

We asked to include a some Arabic music and he was able to effortlessly blend everything together, our guests were so happy!

I would absolutely recommend Feedback to anyone looking for DJ/MC services.
