We found Enduring Promises through Wedding Wire and after reading all of the rave reviews we decided to reach out. They were immediately responsive and got us in touch with a couple of their officiants with whom we met via video conference. My husband and I really connected with Angela Manuel, whose friendly, pleasant and professional demeanor resonated with us. We saw how passionate she was about her work and how she understood the importance of her role on our wedding day. I had unfortunately suffered a great loss in my family the day that we met with Angela, and to my surprise I received a sympathy card from Angela herself a few days later in the mail. To know that her thoughtfulness toward us extended beyond the wedding was something truly special. Angela was very attentive leading up to the wedding, corresponding several times and leaving us assured that our ceremony was in great hands. She always made a point to verbalize her excitement for our "big day!". I also have to give her recognition and thanks for stepping to the side for the first kiss moment - something not every officiant thinks to do! It let us have our moment and let the photographers get their perfect shot. We also had officiant Andrew Rutledge for our rehearsal and he was very friendly and funny while also sharing Angela's fantastic communication and organization skills! Our family and wedding party really enjoyed our time with him.

As an aside, Enduring Promises has a fantastic online portal where you can piece together your ceremony from start to finish. It provides you with dozens of options for things to say during each portion of the ceremony (both religious and non-religious), or if you wanted to you could write your own script for the entire thing! The ceremony details are then shared with your officiant and they can make suggestions, ask questions or provide other communications through the portal. Once the ceremony is finalized, it acts as a script for the officiant and they can stick to it precisely or you can give them the option to add their own touches here and there. By the end it really feels customized to YOU.
