Liberty Grand is a beautiful venue, especially the courtyard, but our day-of coordinator was not very organized and made several mistakes. She didn’t follow our floor plan — tables and name tags were set up wrong, the welcome table was misplaced, and the bride got the wrong entrée. When we raised concerns, she denied they were noted, but we confirmed they were in our emails.

When our bridal team moved the welcome table to fix the mistake, the day of coordinator reacted poorly. The microphone didn’t work, requiring AV intervention. We provided two baskets of parasols for guests, but only one was put out. To top it off, a waiter broke a bottle of wine on a guest.

Thankfully, Victoria — who took over in the evening — was wonderful to work with. She was flexible, professional, and quick to resolve issues, helping the rest of the night run more smoothly.
