Wedding ceremony and reception
We had our wedding at The Bickford House and had a great experience! The venue was beautiful and such a lovely setting for our wedding. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially our coordinator on the day, who made everything run so smoothly. The food and drinks were also good, and our guests enjoyed them. We’re very happy with how everything turned out! -

We had our wedding at the Bickford House, Guild Inn. We had our wedding outside in September, we liked that we had an outdoor wedding. The location itself is very beautiful, the housekeeping was very efficient. The food tastes amazing. The waiter staff was friendly and helpful. May, who was our POC for the day, was very kind and offered good advice on closing the tent when it got cold during the night. -

1.5 years ago, my partner and I went on a rapid fire wedding venue hunt. We visited over 7 venues in just over a week. The Guild Inn Estate is the one place that met our every need. From the food, the amenities, the bar, the staff, and the surrounding park and gardens, our guests thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The venue also provides very clear and concise pricing for everything. The on-site ceremony gazebo is perfect for any season. The surrounding Guild Park is perfect for pre and post wedding shoots. There is plenty of parking, and reasonably accessible from the 401. A big bonus was that all of our vendors had worked the Guild Inn before, so the integration was practically seamless. A special shoutout to our venue coordinator Teja U., who had excellent communication and met our every request, up until the big day. If we had to do it all over again, we would not choose any other place. -

The Guild Inn was a beautiful venue with amazing staff. They were very responsive throughout the planning process from start to finish. The facility was very modern and clean. The food was not only delicious but the portions were massive. Safe to say no guest went hungry. We felt so cared for during the reception- the staff were constantly asking what we needed and were always keeping our glasses full. The sound/lightning tech did a great job with our bridal party entrances and first dance spot lighting. The venue is perfect for commuting from Toronto area or Durham region. So many beautiful spots for photos! -

We had such a great experience with the Guild Inn for our wedding! From the beautiful venue to the amazing staff, everything came together so seamlessly and the day ran so smoothly. Arteka was our coordinator and was always so helpful, responsive and accommodating with all of our requests, which made the planning process that much easier. Our guests had so many nice things to say about the wedding and we also received great feedback about the food. We’re so happy we chose the Guild Inn and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning their wedding!

We had our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate in July 2026 and could not have chosen a more beautiful venue. The grounds and historic estate were the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, reception, and photos, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was.
Our Details Manager, Teja, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. She was organized, responsive, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like we were in the best hands. She took so much of the stress out of the day and allowed us to simply enjoy every moment.
The food was also fantastic! Our guests raved about both the dinner and cocktail hour, and we are still hearing about how good the food was a month later! The Guild’s preferred DJ, SolePower, specifically Sean Listro, also did an amazing job. The music was great, the dance floor was packed, and they kept the energy going all night.
We are so happy with our experience at The Guild Inn Estate and would absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful venue, delicious food, and a team that genuinely cares about making your wedding day special.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience hosting our wedding at the Guild Inn Estate. From the beginning of the planning process to the day of our wedding, the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail from the entire team made us feel confident and well taken care of.
Our coordinator was truly amazing. She was incredibly engaging, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions or needed guidance, she was quick to respond and always willing to help. She made the planning process feel much less overwhelming and was always there to ensure we understood each step and that everything was organized.
On the day of our wedding, her support was invaluable. She helped everything run smoothly, kept us on schedule, and made sure that all the details we had carefully planned came together seamlessly. Knowing that we had someone so capable and attentive taking care of everything allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our special day.
The food was also fantastic! Our guests had many great things to say about the meal, and we were very pleased with the quality, presentation, and overall dining experience. It was wonderful to know that our guests were enjoying themselves and the food as much as we were.
The Guild Inn Estate provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, and the level of service we received exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team, especially our coordinator, for helping make our wedding day so memorable and stress-free. We would highly recommend the Guild Inn Estate to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a professional, responsive, and supportive team!
