The Guild Inn Estate is a beautiful venue to get married in and host a party/reception in!
The team at The Guild Inn are extremely professional and very catering towards your needs and wants!
My husband and I had our wedding at the Guild Inn on May 30th, and the day went by so smoothly. They have many preferred vendors that we also booked (officiant, pianist, dance floor vinyl, decor rental) and they are all well-versed and experienced with working with The Guild Inn. Our day went so smoothly and leading up to our day, all the staff was very respondent, patient, and eager to help.
Our guests were raving about the food all night, throughout cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, to dinner, to late-night! The food is not only visibly appealing but also absolutely delicious.
Our venue coordinator, Justin Bueno, also helped to ensure our day went smoothly and leading up to our day, gave us many tips and advice, and helped to ensure we had our photo permit for the beautiful Guildwood Park, right behind The Guild Inn Estate!!

The Scarborough Business Association’s Mayor’s Gala & Business Excellence Awards was the first of its kind in over 20 years, welcoming close to 400 guests for an unforgettable evening featuring a business tradeshow, VIP reception, and dinner with Mayor Olivia Chow and city officials.
A special thank you to Teja and the entire team at Guild Inn Estate for being incredible partners from start to finish. This event involved many moving parts, tight timelines, and evolving needs, and their team consistently stepped up with patience, flexibility, and solutions-oriented support.
They went above and beyond to help bring this historic event to life for the Scarborough business community. Their professionalism and commitment made a real difference and contributed to a night that we are truly proud of.
It was an honour working with them, and we look forward to making this an annual signature event at the Guild Inn Estate. -

Excellent Venue
We had an incredible experience at the Guild Inn for our wedding. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, both we and our guests were genuinely impressed the moment we walked in.
The food was amazing, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed it. The staff were equally outstanding: professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire event.
Overall, the Guild Inn made our special day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to host an event. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Guild Inn Estate and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The venue itself is stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond from the planning stages right through to our wedding day. A special thank you to Teja, who was an absolute pleasure to work with—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel seamless. We’re so grateful and highly recommend this venue! -

Our wedding took place November 2025 and we're so happy that The Guild Inn Estate was available for us. Our planner, Violeta was wonderful to work with. She was attentive and asked the right questions that helped guide our big day. Silvana was our coordinator the day of and made sure everything went according to our planned schedule.
The food was delicious during our tasting, and our guests kept telling us how big the proportions were, and how tasty everything was. The bridal suite was very convenient and the staff were very friendly. We loved The Guild Inn Park behind the venue which made a fantastic photo op spot, although note that you have to purchase permits with the city separately. It was cold and dark that night, but it made for some amazing moody shots.
I'd highly recommend choosing The Guild Inn Estate as your event venue! -

We hosted our baby shower at the Guild and had nothing but good things to say. The food was delicious and delivered on time, the staff were great and organizing the party was easy and stress-free.
I highly recommend this for a venue for parties, weddings, or other events. -

My wife and I got married on September 14, 2025 at the Guild Inn Estate! Everything from the beginning to the end was lovely. We attended their open house and fell in love with the venue. Rebecca was our sales manager and she was very pleasant to work with. We were very fortunate to have Teja as our event details manager. We worked with Teja for the majority of the wedding planning. Teja was very responsive, friendly and made sure that all of our needs were met. We did the food tasting with Helena and she has very exquisite taste in food. Helena helped us craft our wedding menus and made everyone's pallet blown away on our wedding night!
On the day of the wedding, it was like a perfect autumn day. The ever changing colours of the leaves surrounded the Greek Statues in the park. The crisp autumn air was perfect for our outdoor cocktail hour and tea ceremony. The Guild Inn Estate team facilitated the success of our wedding day from the moment we walked into the park right until the end of the reception. It was a night to remember!

We had recently celebrated wedding reception at the Guild Inn Estate in October 2025. They offered different packages with fair price options for wedding packages and decor.
Our Events Details Manager Téja was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns and was accommodating to the best of her capabilities to ensure the day would run smoothly. Her support and guidance throughout the year really put us at ease and made the entire planning process less stressful for the both of us.
The wedding hall the day of the reception turned out so beautiful and embodied our cozy autumn vision! Our Banquet Manager Suman was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout the whole night, helping set up our tables and organizing the movement of our cocktail hour indoors due to the chilly weather.
Food selection was amazing and the food itself was incredible. Our guests gave high praise for the late night ramen station and we still get comments from friends and family about the dinner menu.. especially the rib-eye steak!
Our special day would have not turned out as well without the help of the Guild Inn team, from the first moment we walked in during venue hunting, til the very end of our wedding night.
