We've had such a great experience working with the Guild Inn so far! They have been incredibly patient and accommodating as we’ve worked through different date changes to finalize our plans. Communication has been easy, and they have been so helpful and understanding throughout the process. -

Fantastic venue
The Guild Inn Estate was an amazing choice for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day!
From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Rebecca, our Sales Manager; Arteka, our Event Details Manager; and Silvana, our Operations Manager. They were all wonderful to work with and played such an important role in making our wedding day a great success.
We also worked with some of the venue’s preferred vendors for our DJ and decorations, and they were excellent as well. It was clear that they had extensive experience working at The Guild Inn Estate, which made the planning process and execution on the day that much smoother.
The food, particularly the Renaissance menu, was excellent and was a highlight for us and our guests. We also really appreciated the generous open bar hours.
One of our favourite things about the venue was the beautiful combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. Having our ceremony at the gazebo and cocktail hour on the terrace gave the day such a refreshing outdoor feel — literally a breath of fresh air, pun intended!
The location also offers amazing photography and videography opportunities, with the beautiful Guild Park and Gardens right outside the venue. There are so many unique backdrops and scenic spots that made our wedding photos and videos even more special.
Overall, we had an amazing experience at The Guild Inn Estate and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great food, fantastic staff, and an incredible setting. Thank you to the entire Guild Inn team for helping make our wedding day so memorable! -

For the six month period, starting from the sales phase, contract, planning, scheduling, communication, coordination and execution, the approach and management have been very solid. We were very happy not only with the venue and the beautiful garden behind it, but also the friendliness of the staff and the food. In fact, their food tasting session indicated how good of an event we were going to have. They even did some little customizations on our food selection, which was very helpful and satisfactory. Everyone loved the food and execution. -

We had an absolutely wonderful wedding day, and we're so grateful to the entire team at Guild Inn for making it so special.
Teja was our coordinator and she was very organized, detail-oriented, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. We also really appreciated that she accommodated meaningful details for our wedding, including allowing kosher wine for our ceremony, and preparing the turkey for our Macedonian traditions. The turkey dance ended up being one of the highlights of the night, and our guests are still talking about how delicious the turkey was!
A huge thank you to Silvana and Mae, who were incredible from start to finish. Silvana was incredible and helpful at the tasting and on the wedding day! They were organized, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. One of our favorite moments was returning to the bridal suite after our ceremony to find a beautiful spread of appetizers and Prosecco waiting for us—it was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect moment to relax together.
The only minor feedback we have is that initial booking was a bit tricky with coordinating timing of the gazebo room, waiting for confirmation that we could do some of our traditions (ie have the turkey dance) and with getting access to the bridal suite later in the day vs having it all day. These certainly didn't take away from our wedding day, but were complexities to navigate during the process.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ceremony room was beautiful, the grounds were picturesque, and everything came together perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, especially how fresh and hot everything was when it was served. The service throughout dinner was great, the bar service was fantastic, and the staff took such great care of us at our sweetheart table.
Overall, we are SO happy with how our wedding turned out. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff made us feel cared for, and our guests had an amazing time. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place with a team that truly wants your day to be special. Thank you all for helping make our wedding unforgettable!

The Guild Inn Estate is a beautiful venue to get married in and host a party/reception in!
The team at The Guild Inn are extremely professional and very catering towards your needs and wants!
My husband and I had our wedding at the Guild Inn on May 30th, and the day went by so smoothly. They have many preferred vendors that we also booked (officiant, pianist, dance floor vinyl, decor rental) and they are all well-versed and experienced with working with The Guild Inn. Our day went so smoothly and leading up to our day, all the staff was very respondent, patient, and eager to help.
Our guests were raving about the food all night, throughout cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, to dinner, to late-night! The food is not only visibly appealing but also absolutely delicious.
Our venue coordinator, Justin Bueno, also helped to ensure our day went smoothly and leading up to our day, gave us many tips and advice, and helped to ensure we had our photo permit for the beautiful Guildwood Park, right behind The Guild Inn Estate!!

The Scarborough Business Association’s Mayor’s Gala & Business Excellence Awards was the first of its kind in over 20 years, welcoming close to 400 guests for an unforgettable evening featuring a business tradeshow, VIP reception, and dinner with Mayor Olivia Chow and city officials.
A special thank you to Teja and the entire team at Guild Inn Estate for being incredible partners from start to finish. This event involved many moving parts, tight timelines, and evolving needs, and their team consistently stepped up with patience, flexibility, and solutions-oriented support.
They went above and beyond to help bring this historic event to life for the Scarborough business community. Their professionalism and commitment made a real difference and contributed to a night that we are truly proud of.
It was an honour working with them, and we look forward to making this an annual signature event at the Guild Inn Estate. -
