Buncrana Golf Course is located just outside of Cambridge, less than one hour away from Toronto. It was built in the 1980s, but Buncrana had only been shaped into what it is now in 2000. It is located on a beautiful 26 acre property with rolling hills and lush greenery, which make an excellent place for your stunning photos on the big day. Buncrana has a beautiful rustic style clubhouse, spacious stone patio, mesmerizing ceremony space, stylish bridal suite and two indoor washrooms.
Whether you are looking for a small intimate or grand celebration, Buncrana family will be happy to create the wedding of your dreams.
With gorgeous ceremony space, stylish bridal suite, beautiful stone patio and unique wooden clubhouse in a rustic style, Buncrana has everything to make your wedding a very special and unique experience!
We offer an all inclusive package for the entire celebration (ceremony and reception) or ceremonly only package.
Facilities and capacity
Buncrana has both indoor and ourdoor space for your celebration. The unique rustic wooden clubhouse can fit up to 25 people seated. The stone patio right in front of it can also fit up to 100 people. You can use both spaces together for bigger events, or choose one for reception hosting and the other for the cocktail hour function.

Beautiful venue, amazing experience!
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Buncrana! Valentina and everyone else there is so friendly and professional and helpful. Valentina was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and was always so warm and friendly. It was clear she is very organized and on the ball, so we didn’t have anything to worry about. We were confident everything would be perfect on our big day, and it was! They really went above and beyond. And on the big day, our photographer and guests kept remarking at how great the venue is. It’s a lovely spot that we were so fortunate to find. We could not have been happier with the space, the food and the service. We would definitely recommend Buncrana to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor venue!!

The wedding was beautiful we were so happy the way everything turned out!
The main coordinator Valentina was very helpful and responsive, they went the extra mile to make the space look perfect.
The food was amazing we used their in house cater Lancaster smokehouse and our guests were over the moon.
The are a young venue which does come with its limitations so it’s important to go in with a healthy understanding of their ability to be flexible and have less amenities.
Overall great experience would recommend them again to all!!

Great Wedding Venue
This place is remote enough that it could be anywhere, but still very close to the cities, so booking everything else like accommodations and travel was super convenient. No place close to the city gives you so much for the price they're charging.
Being run by a family that is completely dedicated to the property also means that there are no middle men and communicating with them is extremely easy and responsive

Buncrana is amazing!
Buncrana was an absolute dream!
From when we first reached out over a year prior to our wedding to our wedding day, Valentina was so lovely to work with. She was extremely responsive and made our day come to life!
The venue overall is beautiful and they are constantly making updates and improvements. Buncrana is run with such Integrity as well, Valentina and her parents won’t price gouge you!
It was clear both over the phone and in person how much Valentina truly cares about what she does, our whole family absolutely loved her and her thoughtfulness.
One of my grandparents was unable to attend and because Valentina knew, she made her a plate for us to bring to the hospital the next day.
Thank you so so much Valentina and all Buncrana staff for making our day so perfect! We will recommend this venue every time and I’m sure we will be back for future celebrations! Our guests are still raving about the food and how beautiful everything was!

Saved by Buncrana
I took a while to write this as I wasn't sure how to put everything into words. But if I had to sum it all up, I'd say that Valentina, her parents, and the entire Buncrana team are nothing short of amazing. My fiancee and I ended up planning our wedding ourselves. We had our wedding ceremony at Buncrana. We have no complaints. Whenever we reached out to Valentina, she was always willing to give advice or offer recommendations to resolve the concern we voiced. Her response time is fantastic-- on the weekend, it may take a little longer but correspondence is always crystal clear.
On our wedding day, some things didn't go according to plan. Murphy's Law. However, Valentina was incredibly understanding and worked with us to keep everyone informed and calm. The day wouldn't have gone as well as it did without her (and her family). They made sure that everything we had discussed was in place. I cannot say thank you enough. If we held a wedding each year of our lives, we would choose Buncrana, every single time. If you're looking for a venue. Give Buncrana a try! They are dependable, honest, AND they don't disappoint.

Incredible
We were very pleased with our wedding experience at Buncrana golf course. The service we reserved was amazing, the staff went above and beyond. Valya (our main contact), would always respond really quickly. She was available via phone and email at anytime even on holidays. The venue was very clean. We will highly recommend this place to our friends and family.☺️

The Perfect Wedding - June 2022!
We had our wedding in June and it was perfect! The ceremony set up was outside by the pergola, the reception was on the clubhouse patio under the tent.
I never thought of walking down the isle through the forest, I felt like a fairy and it was so magical.
The reception space fit all of our guests, we had about 70 people in attendance. There were some activities for kids as well, they could use the trampoline and the playground closer to the course, under parent supervision.
The planning process was very smooth, Valentina was very professional and attentive to our needs and provided great vendor suggestions for any vendors we were looking for in the area. She recommended an amazing catering team, who were prompt and on time. I am still dreaming about their food.
The bar area inside the clubhouse transports you to a cozy cottage like atmosphere with that well thought out decor.
We are so happy how the wedding turned out and would always recommend this venue for all future brides and grooms!

Exceptional, Excellent, Organized, Great service
Phenomenal golf course, scenery and venue to host any size wedding. My now beautiful wife and I couldn't be more pleased and thrilled to have had Buncrana Golf Course as our venue for our big special day. They have a beautiful private ceremony area with wonderful greenery and landscapes, not to mention the reception area we utilized. A+ location and service all around, highly recommended venue!
