We had an amazing experience with the Lancaster Smokehouse! Absolutely would recommend! They were very friendly and helpful with quick responses to any questions. Food was delicious! They made everything easy.

We had the Lancaster Smokehouse cater our wedding last weekend and it was the most phenomenal experience, from the first tasting we had with them to having the late-night taco bar at our wedding. They came with their food truck and provided the hors d'oeuvres, the main dinner, dessert, and the late-night snack. The food was like it always is - delicious and comforting! Neil, the catering coordinator was so great to work with and was always there for any questions I had and was so flexible. Martha, the baker, did an amazing job with our wedding cakes and we got a lot of compliments on how yummy they were. They also did a great job with setting up and cleaning up. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the service and the pricing was very fair, considering how much you get for your wedding. Thank you so much Lancaster Smokehouse for providing the catering of our dreams!

Hosted our wedding in the loft upstairs (75 people) and it was everything we wanted. They booked off the room the night before (no charge) so we could set up and do a rehearsal. We got there and they had already set up all the tables and linens for us, all we had to do was put out our centrepieces and assemble our decorative arch. They have their own sound system, but had no qualms with us bringing our own, along with our own musicians and DJ.

Our guests raved about the food, and the bartenders and wait staff were both friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend, Neil and his team helped us put on a great reception!!!

The staff at the Lancaster Smokehouse where amazing during our wedding reception. They were very helpful and despite the chaos of things they kept everything organized. The price is a little high for the food but it is absolutely amazing and we had no complaints. I would definitely host another party there.

Neil was absolutely a dream to work with planning our wedding reception meal.. he worked with me through all our questions and was super accommodating for all of our adjustments. the food (as always), was exceptional. we had so many compliments on the quality of the food and the service of neil's team. would recommend lancaster smokehouse 11 times out of 10!

We hired Lancaster Smokehouse to provide catering for a evening house party for approximately 120 people. From the first interaction, everything was made as easy as possible - menu planning, adjustments, questions, and execution was all taken care of professionally and responsively. Great customer service. On the day of the event, set-up was done promptly and on-time, food service was on-time and was served on-time and hot. Overall the food was amazing and our guests enjoyed every juicy morsel of BBQ. Be sure to have containers for guests to take home leftovers in. Lancaster Smokehouse was a great success and made our event unforgettable. We look forward to having them cater future events.

Absolutely, we would recommend the Lancaster to a friend! We just celebrated our wedding at the Lancaster Smokehouse, and we could not be happier with the service we received. From the moment we contacted the restaurant to discuss their services, Neil (the manager) was attentive and accommodating. We'd first called them to discuss catering the event at our home, but when we were shown the private party room upstairs, we immediately changed our plans. On our first visit to discuss catering, we were treated to a "menu sampling" of their amazing food. Anytime we had questions leading up to the wedding, Neil responded to us quickly and efficiently. The room is already decorated but we were able to add our own special touches. There is a sound-system, which we used for our emcee and, later, for our music for dancing.
The evening of our wedding, the staff was incredible. Neil looked after every single request. The answer was always "yes." The bartender was fantastic, the food (of course) was second-to-none, and they served our wedding cake for us too (we supplied the cake but they do offer desserts as well)! We had the BBQ chicken and pulled pork (crowd favourites) and chose the poutine bar for a snack later in the night. All of our guests (57 people) raved over the food and the service! We came in right on budget (including the bar) and we did not have a single complaint. Our wedding was a memorable evening for all involved and that credit goes to the Lancaster Smokehouse for helping to make it a perfect night!

Neil & the staff at The Lancaster Smokehouse, went above & beyond to make our day run smoothly. Neil met with me several times over an 16 month period in order to make sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable in the decisions I had made. Neil visited the location the day before to ensure that he had all the answers he needed and didn't need to ask us during our big day. They took on extra tasks in order to help our bartender. And last but not least the food was utterly amazing, both at dinner, & for our late night! Our guests are still looking for leftovers as are we!!!

Had our wedding reception at the Lanc. this past weekend and everything went smoothly. Neil was great in answering my questions at a timely manner during the planning stages up to the day of the event. The staff were very helpful and the food just simply amazing. All our guests raved about the food and the venue.
