If we could give Carlisle and their team ten stars, we would. From the very first visit, we knew it was a special place, but we could never have imagined just how flawless and utterly stress-free our wedding day would be—all thanks to their incredible team.

The venue itself is breathtaking. Our guests are still raving about the stunning view of the serene pond and the rolling golf course. It provided the perfect, picturesque backdrop for our entire day. Beyond the beauty, the quality was exceptional. The food and alcohol were consistently delicious, mirroring our tasting experience exactly. We especially loved the personal touch of meeting with the chef to customize a few items for our guests—it made the reception feel uniquely ours.

However, the true stars of Carlisle are Rachel and her assistant Stephanie. To call them wedding coordinators doesn’t do them justice; they are guardian angels, strategists, and calming presences all in one. From our initial planning a year out right up to the final dance, they were invaluable. They thought of every detail we hadn't and managed the countless questions and requests with endless patience and expertise.

On the day of, they were absolute magic. While we enjoyed every moment, Rachel and Stephanie were working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure pure perfection. They coordinated all our vendors, ensured our wedding cake was stored and displayed impeccably, and even arranged a golf cart and attendant to whisk us around for photos. No request was too big or small, and their ability to seamlessly handle everything allowed us to be truly present and completely stress-free.

Our wedding was not just an event; it was a heartfelt, joyful, and seamless experience. This is due entirely to the sublime venue and, most importantly, to Rachel and Stephanie’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. The amazing value and cost was also something that made Carlisle stand out. We had a few extra requests, including a premium bar, 9 hours of alcohol and extended hours past midnight and we managed all of that and we were well under budget.

My husband and I got married at Carlisle Golf in July 2025 and the whole process from start to finish was amazing! From the first venue tour, food tasting, emails back and forth, meetings here and there and of course the final day, Rachel and Stephanie (and their team) made everything a breeze. They somehow made wedding planning less stressful each time! The all inclusive package was so incredible and realistic (and one of the cheaper venues we found!) and the team went above and beyond to meet our needs. We got everything we wanted/needed in one package and place. I believe we got the best experience because we can see how much Rachel and Stephanie truly enjoy their jobs and helping organize couples biggest day of their lives.
