Cynthia from Jacaranda Events is the best wedding planner EVER!!! She made the journey to our special day much easier and stress free. She was able to assist in finding the perfect vendors who would fit with us to make our day memorable. The time and effort Cynthia puts into a wedding makes it so much easier on the bride and groom. She handles all the stress and makes the pre-wedding planning stress free on the couple. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone who's planning on getting a wedding planner or who is contemplating on getting a wedding planner. It is definitely worth the money. All of our dreams came true on our wedding day because of Cynthia.

Cynthia and her team covered everything we needed the day of. We sat down for two meetings before hand to go over the flow and special things we wanted highlighted and they made sure we had what we wanted. We had a couple of small issues with other vendors and Cynthia adjusted and fixed these issues to the best of her ability without troubling us the day of since she knew what our vibe and feel we where looking for on our day and ensured our time line was on schedule. Honestly worth every penny for her services and allowing our friends and family to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about little details.

Cynthia was amazing. We ran into a couple curve balls and she handled them with ease all the while keeping her beautiful smile on her face.
She made the day go so smoothly which created ALOT less stress.

Having Cynthia and Michelle as day of coordinators was the best money we spent on our wedding. All of my planning up to the big day was easy, but I knew I wanted to relax on our special day. Without Jacaranda everything would have fallen apart! They kept us calm and made it a priority that we enjoyed our day. I can't say this enough, if you want to enjoy your wedding, have someone else be in charge!!

Planning my wedding from out of town, I really needed help to make sure things went smoothly on the day of the wedding. From the first moment I spoke to Cynthia over the phone, I knew she was the perfect person to work with. Like me, she's extremely detailed and very organized and made me feel at ease that I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. She took the time to understand and help us layout how the day would unfold, confirmed all our vendors and created a wedding timeline to ensure everyone knew where to be and when. Cynthia also went over and above her required duties - helping us locate an extra makeup artist at the very last minute, finding a DJ (again at the last minute!) with reasonable prices to play in between our band sets and procuring the perfect decorated box for our wedding envelopes. Each vendor she brought to us was fantastic. Thank you Cynthia for all your help on our wedding day - you worked so hard leading up to it, and especially on the day of... we are very grateful!

Hiring a coordinator was by far the best bang for our buck. It made every other dollar that we spent on vendors that much more worth it. My husband agrees that for making our wedding happen in the most stress free way it was entirely worth it.
