Ellie Sandbacka-Milway (owner of LE Events) was our day-of coordinator for our wedding on August 8 2026. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing of a job Ellie did in overseeing a lot of moving parts during our wedding day; from before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and then once dinner and the reception began. She is extremely easy to work with, very responsive, super friendly, and has an amazing sense of humour and is so easy to talk to!

She is very organized and has such a true sense of detail - on the small and larger scale. Her pre-wedding checklists were very detailed, and she came prepared that day to work independently, and took care of things as issues arose, so as the bride - I didn’t have to be in all places at once!

Ellie had great suggestions (for example, on decor and other logistics), and was able to execute all of the items from our to-do list, including lighting hundreds of candles and moving floral decor/bottles and vases from the ceremony room into our reception space.

She collaborated with the venue as required, and all of my vendors all gave very positive feedback about her as well. I felt so comfortable knowing we had her in the background, she seems very experienced in running events and was confident and truly SUCH a professional.

I am so glad that we found Ellie, she really took off so much stress and was the extra set of eyes and ears we needed for the day! I would trust her 100% to coordinate or plan any event in the future, she is truly a rockstar! Thank you Ellie!! ❤️ T&G

From the very beginning, Ellie made the entire wedding planning experience feel effortless, which was exactly what I needed because planning is not my thing AT ALL. I had ideas and a vision, but I wanted someone I could trust to take those ideas, stay within budget, and bring everything to life. Ellie was that person and so much more.

I shared my thoughts with her and she ran with them, often coming back with suggestions that were even better than what I had imagined. She was friendly, creative, and instantly made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. She always kept us on track financially while still making the wedding feel special and completely us. She also time managed us throughout the entire process "Ok so now we need to get invites out etc.."

With half the wedding flying from overseas, Ellie also handled accommodation and transport logistics seamlessly, taking a huge weight off our shoulders. What could have been stressful felt calm and completely under control.

Most of all, the experience felt incredibly personal :) . It genuinely felt like I hired a friend to plan my wedding, someone who cared just as much as we did and had our best interests at heart every step of the way.

On the day itself, there were so many thoughtful little additions and gestures for my husband and me from Ellie, that I won’t spoil for others in this review—just know that Ellie REALLY cares about how your day goes 🙂
