If you are even thinking of a wedding day-of coordinator, hire one and HIRE ANGELA. We hired Angela as our day-of coordinator for our 09/07/25 wedding at the Ancaster Mill. Angela and her assistant Liz made our dreams come true, and our wedding felt perfect. If there were issues on the day-of, we couldn’t even notice because Angela just took care of everything. I do not know what we would have done without her, especially for such a reasonable price. They were both with us from our first look until tear-down, and we felt so supported throughout. Angela was so much more than just a day-of coordinator, she met with us twice before the wedding including at our venue, and checked in with all of our vendors for us beforehand and checked in with us regularly before the wedding and on the morning of the wedding. We are so appreciative of Angela and Liz!

Hiring Angela as our day of wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. If you're reading reviews for a few different coordinators, I would 100% suggest booking Angela. She is the warm, organized, and calming precesses that you want to see right before you walk down the aisle. Truly, she went above and beyond and made sure our day was flawless. She is an experienced professional and was fairly priced. She was responsive and catered to our individual needs. Thank you, Angela!

Angela was our day-of coordinator, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. From the very beginning, she made us feel so cared for. Before the wedding, she met with us in person to go over our timeline and priorities, checked in regularly, connected with our vendors, and even toured our venue ahead of time to make sure every detail was thought through. Because of her preparation, we were able to head into our wedding day with so much more peace of mind.

On the day itself, Angela was incredible. She set up all of our décor exactly how I had envisioned it and made everything look so beautiful. She was kind, attentive, and grounding. Honestly, it felt like having a loving parent by my side during such an emotional day. She kept our bridal party organized, guided us through the ceremony and grand entrance, and made sure we stayed on schedule with speeches, music, and all the little moments that mattered.

Because of Angela, we were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding knowing she had everything under control. We felt supported from start to finish and I am so grateful for the love and calm presence she brought to our day. My now-husband and I highly recommend Angela for all planning and coordinating needs. 💕

I used Angela and her assistant Liz for my wedding day and it allowed me to 100% enjoy the day and be in the moment. Looking back, I was like who did this and that?! I was so present because they had everything under control that it allowed me to release that Type A in me! They were accommodating and adaptive, cheerful, and payed attention to detail. I felt like I knew them for so long, just being comfortable and putting all my trust into them. They made my vision come to life! I am so thankful for these two as they allowed myself and my family to truly enjoy the day.

Angela and her assistant made my vision come to life. Angela’s attention to detail, flexibility and professional assertiveness made the day flawless. Angela followed all directions that were provided relating to our decor setup and made swift judgement calls on anything I may have forgotten to inform her of. She was there from morning to night and was our eyes and ears. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day.

I asked Angela to attend our First Look photos so that she could provide direction to our photographers and ensure we got all the shots we needed. Angela was truly a life saver and we couldn’t be happier with her service and warm presence.

We hired Angela for our day of coordinator. Her and her assistant were so amazing. She made sure to connect with all the venders before the day and day of. She took care of EVERYTHING! If you’re thinking of hiring her, do it, you won’t be disappointed, she was so kind and so helpful. 10/10! I will be letting all my friends know she’s the person to hire when they get married too!

Angela was our amazing day of coordinator and helped us in the month leading up to our wedding. She took her time to answer all of our questions during our initial call and also made the time to understand our vision. She was understanding, accommodating, and great at giving suggestions. Her and her assistant did an amazing job on the day of from helping to organize everyone at the church to setting up our decor and packing everything up at the end of the night. She was so kind; reassuring us and making sure we were taken care of on our day. Angela was so great to work with and we appreciate all she did to make our wedding day stress free.

Angela was incredible! We hired her as a day-of coordinator and had her be present for the rehearsal as well. Since I did all the planning myself I sent her A LOT of information and details about set up and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything went better than I expected. She was also so great at sharing tips or ideas to improve or expand on whatever I had in mind which was much appreciated as I wasn't sure what I was doing half the time. I loved that the week of the wedding I didn't hear one peep from ANY of my vendors because she was working with them in the background, it made the week of preparation and wedding events 100% stress-free. She was also literally a ninja, no one saw her yet everything was done, and she would just appear whenever you needed her. I'm not even kidding I think she has super powers. My parents and bridal party also loved working with her and had nothing but good to say about how easy she made things for them as well. I also particularly appreciated that she was not afraid to be my voice and force the entire bridal party out of the bridal suite when she noticed I was having a panic attack right before my entrance. I could not express just how valuable she was to us and honestly cannot recommend her enough!

Angela, where do i even begin! I got married this past Saturday and couldnt wait to write a review. Wedding coordinator of my dreams, she kept me organized from the moment i met her with everything leading up to the wedding. The day of went seamlessly because she and her assistant were there through it all. She was kind and calming which is just what a bride needs, especially a bride who is hosting a large Italian wedding. She was on sight through it all, checking on me in the morning, to the church and at the hall watching all my vendors set up.
If i could give more than 5 start i wouldve. HIRE THIS WOMAN!!
And dont forget to give her a seat at the wedding like i did...
