Paletta Mansion is an elegant estate wedding venue located in Burlington, Ontario. This beautiful lakefront home offers couples a secluded, scenic locale to tie the knot. Once the home of an affluent local family, the mansion’s doors are now open for weddings and other celebrations. Nestled on a 14-acre wooded park and featuring classic interior design, this is an ideal destination for newlyweds to begin their happily ever after.
Facilities and Capacity
This multifaceted property boasts a number of stunning event spaces suitable for weddings. The Great Room, the venue’s largest function room, is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate 85 guests for seated dining. Attached to this space is the Sunroom, which overlooks the immaculately manicured grounds and offers guests additional space to mingle. Alternately, The Carmine Room and Carmine Verandah are suitable for intimate celebrations and provide indoor and outdoor settings. You may also recite your vows on this historic property surrounded by the invigorating woodland air. The verandah is a spectacular location for ceremonies, or opt to utilize the refined Cummins Room inside. With access to two on-site dressing rooms, you will have ample time to get ready for the ceremony. These suites feature comfortable furnishings to relax and pamper yourselves before the festivities.

They take pride in the care that goes into their dishes, and they strive to ensure that your dining service is unforgettable. You can choose from plated, buffet, or cocktail dining for your wedding. There are several set menus you can select your dishes from, or create your own with the assistance of the catering team. Amazing wedding experience
We booked Paletta Mansion after viewing just this one venue in person and it did not disappoint. It's a beautiful and intimate space for a smaller wedding, but has everything you need on site (ceremony, reception, beautiful backdrop for photos). Brittany and the Edge Hospitality team have been wonderful throughout the wedding planning process and on our wedding day. Food was great, service was excellent. We especially appreciated the communication and organization from them, which made the whole experience stress-free!

Perfect venue for an intimate wedding
I will be forever grateful that we found Paletta Mansion as the venue for our wedding! We held our wedding on September 27th with 60 guests. Every aspect of the venue was perfect, and I recommend it to any couple having a smaller wedding. Multiple guests complimented the beauty of the venue and the intimate feel of our wedding.
We loved the mix of indoor and outdoor spaces at Paletta. We were relaxed knowing that if the weather precluded a ceremony on the terrace, we would still be married in a beautiful room. The mix of trees, gardens, stone terraces, and the lake make for a stunning setting. We enjoyed working with Alexandria to finalize the wedding details and we were delighted that Paletta had so many practical items available (e.g., table numbers, napkins, easels for signs). We loved that there was space to get ready on site with a separate room for the bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen. There was plenty of space for eight people to get ready in the bridal room and a steamer was available. I liked that our guests moved between different areas of the venue (e.g., upstairs for dinner, downstairs for dancing) over the course of the evening. The dance floor was spacious, the sunroom was a great place for a photobooth, and guests enjoyed the mild evening weather on the terrace during the party.
We had many compliments about the food at Paletta Mansion, including the appetizers, dinner, and late-night grilled cheese station. All the staff were professional, and the bartender was amazing – he remembered everyone’s drink order! The staff took excellent care of us as the bride and groom; we were able to enjoy the appetizers between photos and our dinners were kept warm with a lid while we chatted with guests. The small round area for the wedding cake off the dining room is an especially beautiful touch. We would choose Paletta again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely perfection
Marissa and the entire Paletta team are a dream to work with. The venue itself is stunning and just what we were looking for. The food and service is also incredible and there is nothing I would change about our day.

Magical Day
I cannot say enough about the Paletta team and venue. From my first contact with Marissa and her support in organizing all the details, to Ian who managed the event and ironed out any wrinkle that arose without a second thought to Gabriel our bartender and the ama,ing wait staff I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say. I am confident that any couple would be ecstatic to say "I do" at Paletta with these wonderful people as your supports.

Beautiful venue
We were looking for a venue that wasn’t too big, but also had the historical vintage vibe. (Dining can comfortably accommodate 74). And that’s exactly what we found at Paleta! The property is well-maintained and every corner is a scenic picture. The ceremony overlooks the water which is so picture us! I like that we were able to get ready, have the ceremony and then the reception all in one place. The food from the catering service was so delicious. Everybody was complimenting it. Great vibes, great memories, definitely recommend this venue for a beautiful wedding.

June 2024 Wedding
My new husband and I had a fantastic wedding at Paletta! We got married in June 2024 and from start to finish everything went smoothly. Marisa helped us every step of the way and helped make our wedding dream come true! The whole staff was amazing too and made everything so easy and stress free. The food was fabulous - we wouldn't change any of it. They were great with our signature drinks passing them around as well. There isn't a single thing we would change. We were very happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paletta to anyone looking for a picturesque venue on the lake with amazing food and decor with a super staff.

A dream wedding come true
Hosting my wedding at paletta was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. From picking the venue, decorations, food, every moment has been an absolute joy and made my planning an extremely fun adventure. My actual wedding day was a dream and everything I couldn’t have ever imagined. The venue was stunning, the staff were so friendly, the food was Incredible and there isn’t much one instance I would’ve changed. I could not recommend such an incredible venue more!

My daughter’s Bridal Shower is as held at Palletta Mansion
My whole experience with Paletta Mansion and staff from beginning to end was exemplary. All my questions and concerns were immediately addressed beyond expectation. The venue is unique, spacious and so full of character. On the day of the event, the staff were very professional and worked tirelessly. Several guests told me it was the best bridal shower they have ever been to. Thank you so much to Paletta Mansion staff.

Paletta Wedding
My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Paletta mansion on February 17th, and the event far exceeded our expectations. There was little for us to worry about from the beginning of the planning process to the end of our celebration. Marisa and Ian were especially helpful during the planning, setup and execution of our wedding reception, fielding emails and accommodating our requests. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is absolutely top tier. If you’re hoping to have a warm and intimate wedding celebration, look no further than the Paletta mansion!

A Dream Day
When we were looking at wedding venues we wanted a place that would be perfect for the size of our invite list (75 people) and included food, an area for the ceremony and good decor for pictures. Paletta delivered on all fronts. Marisa was our coordinator right from the start and she was amazing to work with. Any questions we had were answered almost right away with clear and decisive answers. We had heard from many friends that their wedding days were full of stress with tons of little things that went wrong. Our day was absolutely flawless and there was not a single thing we would change. The staff on the day of the wedding were very easy to work with and were readily available. Would definitely recommend this venue.
