The Vue has been specifically designed to provide an outstanding & unique wedding experience. The Vue is for those discerning couples that are looking for anything but the ordinary and typical wedding locations. We’ve designed The Vue to be the perfect canvas for your Wedding, we offer an extensive selection of standard and included options for décor and a variety of personally selected vendors for our clients to work with. We know we will be able to fulfil and exceed all your wedding needs while offering you a completely unique and "downtown" vibe without the "downtown" price!
Our Menus have been created to give you the maximum amount of choices with a simple and easy to understand pricing structure. This gives all our couples a variety of price points to meet their individual budget.
The Vue is an ideal Venue for your Private and Exclusive Wedding. Let us help you plan the perfect menu, style and layout for your special day, and since we are a single use venue you will be our one and only focus for the entire day, we will cater to you and only you.
From 50 guests to 240 guests, The Vue’s versatile set up and exclusive space is always the perfect fit.
Facilities and Capacity
At maximum capacity, The Vue Event Venue can host occasions with as many as 250 people and an additional 250 guests at our Clubhouse EventSpace (Completely Seperate Venue) Our additonal 5000 sq ft patio with overhead edison lights, beautiful cedar gazebo and sits just above the 18th Green of the Royal Woodbine can accomodate ceremonies and Receptions of up to 250 guests.
Alternatively, couples who would like an indoor celebration of commitment can say “I do” in sheltered comfort. Overhead lighting, and tasteful decor,Floor to ceiling windows and a modern decor make The Vue a perfect setting for the beginning of a marital journey. Elsewhere, the bar, the lobby, lounge areas, foyers, and more provide extra space for mingling, reclining, and drinking in the day’s ambience. Natural light makes its way in through large windows, while mood lighting and colourful spotlights provide charm and brilliance throughout.

Such an unforgettable night!
We recently had our wedding at The Vue - and it was absolutely incredible. We came in to see the space a few times, with both Olga and Sabrina giving us a tour and answering our multiple questions. We just loved the vibe of the space, and how modern and elegant it was. We worked with Sabrina through our planning process, and she was extremely helpful and trusting the entire time. She would call us to let us know the room was set-up for a ceremony, and that we could come in to take a look to get an idea of the set-up for our big day. She also helped coordinate a tour/meeting with our band to ensure we could meet their requests. Nothing ever seemed to be an issue, and the whole process was so smooth and seamless. We couldn't be happier with all of her help. We felt very secure and confident in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, especially given there was uncertainty with COVID prior to then. The night of the wedding was absolutely spectacular - Sabrina and the entire staff kept to our schedule and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our guests can't stop raving about the food that was served. From the hors d'oeuvres, to the three courses, and even the late night savoury and sweet stations. Our guests were amazed at how delicious everything was and how good the service was. We would absolutely recommend The Vue for a wedding venue. We're so happy with how everything turned out, and I would definitely look to book here again for future events. Thank you to Sabrina and the whole team for the wonderful wedding!

Our wedding
I don’t even know where to start with the clubhouse, it is not only the most beautiful venue but the staff and management team there really know how to take care of a couple for their big day.
Starting for the signing point Olga took care of us from the second we signed the papers all the way to our big day, she provided us with advice , vendor recommendations , and support every day. Macayla assisted in so many email chains clarification and being present on our big day. It ended with Matteo, he ensure Nick and I were always good solving any problems that may have occurred and ensuring we didn’t even know about it. He was quick to bring food , ensure we were always communicating and always kept us in the loop. Eugene was the sweetest he went out of his way to ensure our day was everything we dreamt of. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to have our wedding at this venue this team is absolutely incredible

The Best Wedding Venue
From start to finish, we loved working with The Clubhouse. We had a million questions and Olga and Macayla answered every one of them. In the days leading up to our wedding, Macayla was very responsive and helped us understand exactly which details we needed to provide and when. The venue was also very accommodating with requests that we had, including allergies and signature drinks. On our wedding day, Macayla and Matteo were very present and always made sure to check on us if we needed anything. The food was delicious and all of our guests loved it too; we still hear compliments on the food! Being in The Clubhouse space, we were able to use the patio for cocktail hour and photos. Highly recommend if you want the option to separate the cocktail hour and reception spaces. The space was beautiful, and we recommend to anyone looking for an event space.

Wedding bliss
I just had my wedding at the Vue last Wednesday 08.23.23 and it was amazing. I planned my wedding in 2.5 months and Olga and Sabrina made it very easy for us to achieve. Sabrina was helpful, professional and quick to respond to many emails. As our guests were declining and changing their minds, they were flexible with us. Everyone raved about the service, the food and we got wonderful photos on there patio area. It was a great experience.

Perfect venue for your dream wedding!
We had our wedding at the Clubhouse space of the venue and it was the perfect venue for us. We utilized the stunning large patio for our cocktail hour - the outdoor bar was a hit. The venue was the perfect size for 150 people and more than enough room for the dance floor. Day-of coordinator Macayla was great- everything was set up perfectly before guests and wedding party got to the reception. She was super helpful during the entire planning experience. The operations manager Mateo was awesome during the entire reception- he made sure food was coming out quickly, and even would cover our food to keep it warm while we were visiting tables or taking pictures. Bartenders were fun and interactive with all the guests and went out of their way to make exciting drinks. We received tons of compliments from our guests about the delicious food and beautiful venue. Fabulous event space for big and small occasions!
