Meet the team
Hi! I'm Tammy - lead wedding planner at The Wedding Studio. I started coordinating weddings in Okinawa, Japan after finishing high school. My parents friends needed a bit of help and I found that it came very naturally to me. I continued planning weddings and within a couple of years opened a bridal shop, but soon felt the call of the islands and moved to Hawaii, where I planned hundreds of destination weddings. During that time I was introduced to the world of corporate events, which eventually led me to the tech industry and moving to Europe. I've always kept weddings in my offerings and found Europe to be quite magical with the architecture and ambiance. Today I make my home in Vancouver and am excited to embark on this next chapter of my career.
