We were so thrilled to work with Genicia and Bettina from Kilig Events for our wedding! At our first consultation call where Genicia clearly explained the different packages and answered all our questions, she also said Kilig’s goal is to make us feel like a guest at our own wedding - and they certainly delivered! Our planning calls were on topic and helped ensure everything was thought of in advance. They also worked with us to make sure that we felt comfortable and that our wedding would reflect us as a couple. They helped us plan our day-of schedule so we had enough time to relax and really take in the day. Most importantly they were genuinely excited for us throughout the process.
One thing we really appreciated was that they took over communication with our vendors the week of our wedding. This allowed us to focus on visiting without of town guests, running last-minute errands, and finalizing our vows without having to worry about emailing vendors back and forth.
On our wedding day, we truly couldn’t have asked for better people to work with! Genicia and Bettina communicated with us before our ceremony and reception, arrived at our venue early, helped ensure the reception space was ready for us - including a beautiful guest book/family photo set-up, kept the speeches on schedule, and neatly packed away our personal items so we didn’t have to worry at the end of our reception. We especially appreciated their flexibility with things that came up throughout the day: Bettina quickly brought a forgotten bag from our venue to our photographs that afternoon, and they set up our favours perfectly despite them arriving at the last minute.

Karina and Nicole from Kilig Events were amazing and professional from the first meeting up until the end of the wedding day! We had 3 coordinating meetings where they were very friendly, organized, and supportive. They were great leaders and knew how to handle all the people at the wedding rehearsal, and they were able to resolve any concerns that came up.
