Dorothy, Bettina & Karina were the best to work with. From the start, our experience with the Kilig team started very personal and they really took their time to understand who Angel and I were as a couple - this was the foreground of the whole process and gave us the confidence in trusting them with our wedding planning. They followed up regularly with precise instructions and evaluation. The day of the wedding, they executed everything smoothly and we did not need to worry about a thing - every concern was attended to, every follow-up was made with vendors and we sincerely appreciate their diligence in timing. All-in-all the Kilig team has shown their professionalism through their punctuality, dedication and care for the couple. 10/10 recommend - we wouldn’t be happily married without them! -

I cannot thank Kilig Events enough for making our wedding the most PERFECT day.
Nicole did our consultation and that was enough to convince us to sign and book Kilig.
Dorothy and Bettina were assigned to coordinate our wedding and I could not imagine a better duo for the job.
They were so incredibly easy to work with,
were both professional AND fun,
paid attention to details,
had numerous vendor recommendations for us to choose from,
handled ALL of our requests with ease (and I admit I had a lot of requests and demands),
still offered their opinions and feedback for a best possible outcome,
communicated with us/ followed up with planning/ to-do’s through messaging/ emails/ video calls,
efficiently ran our wedding rehearsal dinner,
and checked in on us (especially when times were starting to become tense/ high stress).
They worked so well together and with all of the other vendors too. I’m glad they were able to reconnect and see those familiar faces through our wedding.
I can’t put into words how GRATEFUL my husband and I are for Kilig Events, Nicole, Dorothy and Bettina for making our wedding day, and the process, so manageable AND perfect.
WE EVEN GOT TO ACTUALLY EAT AND BE PRESENT AT OUR OWN WEDDING 😭😮💨

Kilig made our wedding so much easier!
Karina and Jess went above and beyond for our wedding, and we’re so grateful we had their help. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and took so much stress off our shoulders.
The check-in meetings gave us plenty of time to work through the details, and their detailed wedding timeline was an absolute godsend! They helped us stay on track and made sure all the little details were confirmed well in advance. In the final two weeks before the wedding, I barely needed to contact any of our vendors because Karina and Jess were coordinating everything. As the bride, having that taken off my plate made such a difference.
They also brought so much care to the wedding day itself. They made sure we ate and had everything the day of, such a small thing but was such a thoughtful gesture on a day when you’re so busy that you can easily forget to eat. We really appreciated those personal touches alongside all the planning and organization
They made our lives so much easier and helped us feel supported and prepared heading into our wedding. Had the best day ever. We’d absolutely recommend Karina and Jess to other couples! -

The Best Coordinators!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dorothy and Bettina for our August 2026 wedding and they were the best coordinators we could have asked for!
Prior to our Month-Of and Day-Of Coordinating, they had scheduled meetings with us to touch base on our wedding planning and vendor management. During the Month-Of, we were officially hands off on communications and they handled everything while still looping us in with updates whenever necessary.
They were so flexible, kind, understanding and by the wedding, it was as if they were part of our family!
If we faced issues, they had a solution. If a vendor was giving trouble, they handled it professionally. If we needed advice on anything, they provided heartfelt guidance.
On the Day-Of, everything was perfection! They kept us on time and adapted to delays if we had any. Our guests loved mingling with them and our vendors loved working with them just as much as we did!
Dorothy and Bettina, thank you so much for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness! We’ll forever be grateful to you both for making our wedding the best day of our lives🥰❣️🥹

We could not thank them enough; we were so happy with their services. We got married in August of 2025, but we still vividly remember just how incredible the day was; Kilig was such an important part of that. Having Kilig as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. We were blessed to have Patricia and Genicia as our coordinators, and we had such a positive experience with them. They were extremely supportive, dedicated, and organized. They were only a text away and always ready to answer our questions. We really appreciated the system Kilig had in place to keep us organized in the months leading up to the wedding. This helped us keep track of what needed to be done and when it needed to be done by. They were also able to help us with vendor recommendations. Their expertise and advice helped us consider things we hadn't even thought of when we first started planning our wedding. We had regular check-ins/follow-ups every couple of weeks, which really helped keep us on track and grounded during what could otherwise have been an extremely stressful time.
We decided to do the month-of hand-off for our wedding coordination. Kilig took over all vendor communications 1 month before our wedding, and this helped us breathe during that time. They created our itinerary/timeline for the day, and everything ran so smoothly and according to schedule. We had a vision, and Patricia and Genicia brought it to life. They helped us with our basic set-up and take-down for both the ceremony and the reception. We gave them creative freedom to set up the basics for our reception hall, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Kilig really made sure we were taken care of; part of their service included a mid-day snack for our wedding party and us that helped carry us through the long day.
We were so fortunate to work with incredible professionals. Kilig really goes above and beyond; they are a must-have for anyone planning a wedding. Thank you again to Patricia and Genicia for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. -

We had the pleasure of working with Dorothy and Karina as our month of coordinators and we cannot recommend them enough!
We knew that planning a wedding from another country would be challenging, but from day one they both made it feel manageable. We collaborated with them for around two years and they played a huge role in bringing our dream wedding to life! They are both professional, friendly and were very responsive throughout the entire process. They took a huge weight off of our shoulders with their excellent organization and scheduling skills. They even helped us find our beautiful venue! Everything ran so smoothly during the day of our wedding, and we couldn’t have done it without them.

We worked with Dorothy from the very beginning, and later with Bettina as well for our April 2026 wedding through their month-of coordination service. From consultations and meetings to iMessage and WhatsApp conversations, they were there every step of the way, helping us build our timelines, suggesting vendors, guiding us through decisions, and patiently dealing with our indecisiveness.
They truly took care of all the little things you wouldn’t normally think about. Aside from the main coordination duties like creating timelines and handling setup, they also managed so many important details with our vendors behind the scenes. One example was during our rehearsal the evening before the wedding. Due to our minister’s availability, we were suddenly told we needed to arrive at the church an hour earlier than planned, even though our limo pickup was already scheduled for 1:20 PM. It was a stressful last-minute situation, but they immediately communicated with everyone involved and somehow made it all work seamlessly. On the wedding day, it was such a relief knowing everything was in capable hands.
We felt so supported and taken care of the entire time. Thank you, Kilig Events, Ate Dorothy, and Ate Bettina, for your patience, kindness, and hard work. Our day would not have been the same without you! -

Worked with Jeona and Genicia for my Sept 2024 wedding. 10/10 across the board. They took care of the little things you wouldn't think of, like making sure my marriage certificate wasn't forgotten at the church, getting the USB with photos back from the DJ at the end of the night, and even having my new balances waiting for me underneath my seat at the reception lol.
Aside from the main duties such as creating a timeline, setting up etc, there were a lot of details that needed to be communicated to our vendors which they took care of. Ie my photographer took us around the Distillery for photos and planned a route to get us back to venue on time for our family portraits and hall reveal. It was great not having to think about anything the day of the wedding.
Our priest had apprehensions of having coordinators in the church during the rehearsal, due to negative experiences, however Jeona and Genicia were very organized and respectful of the space and we did not have any issues. A compliment I received was that the format for taking photos after the church ceremony was the most organized, non-chaotic guests had seen. The coordinators took charge, made all the guests sit down and they called our the photo list and groups on the mic (after they even spoke to the priest for permission). All the other weddings I've been to, photos consisted of having to yell at guests to gather up front with everyone all confused. It's the little things that make a big difference during the day.
Zero regrets going with Kilig. -
