We had the pleasure of working with Dorothy and Karina as our month of coordinators and we cannot recommend them enough!
We knew that planning a wedding from another country would be challenging, but from day one they both made it feel manageable. We collaborated with them for around two years and they played a huge role in bringing our dream wedding to life! They are both professional, friendly and were very responsive throughout the entire process. They took a huge weight off of our shoulders with their excellent organization and scheduling skills. They even helped us find our beautiful venue! Everything ran so smoothly during the day of our wedding, and we couldn’t have done it without them.
Thank you again, Dorothy and Karina, for your dedication, support, and for helping create the best day of our lives. We are so grateful for everything you did! ❤️💍✨

We worked with Dorothy from the very beginning, and later with Bettina as well for our April 2026 wedding through their month-of coordination service. From consultations and meetings to iMessage and WhatsApp conversations, they were there every step of the way, helping us build our timelines, suggesting vendors, guiding us through decisions, and patiently dealing with our indecisiveness.
They truly took care of all the little things you wouldn’t normally think about. Aside from the main coordination duties like creating timelines and handling setup, they also managed so many important details with our vendors behind the scenes. One example was during our rehearsal the evening before the wedding. Due to our minister’s availability, we were suddenly told we needed to arrive at the church an hour earlier than planned, even though our limo pickup was already scheduled for 1:20 PM. It was a stressful last-minute situation, but they immediately communicated with everyone involved and somehow made it all work seamlessly. On the wedding day, it was such a relief knowing everything was in capable hands.
We felt so supported and taken care of the entire time. Thank you, Kilig Events, Ate Dorothy, and Ate Bettina, for your patience, kindness, and hard work. Our day would not have been the same without you! -

Worked with Jeona and Genicia for my Sept 2024 wedding. 10/10 across the board. They took care of the little things you wouldn't think of, like making sure my marriage certificate wasn't forgotten at the church, getting the USB with photos back from the DJ at the end of the night, and even having my new balances waiting for me underneath my seat at the reception lol.
Aside from the main duties such as creating a timeline, setting up etc, there were a lot of details that needed to be communicated to our vendors which they took care of. Ie my photographer took us around the Distillery for photos and planned a route to get us back to venue on time for our family portraits and hall reveal. It was great not having to think about anything the day of the wedding.
Our priest had apprehensions of having coordinators in the church during the rehearsal, due to negative experiences, however Jeona and Genicia were very organized and respectful of the space and we did not have any issues. A compliment I received was that the format for taking photos after the church ceremony was the most organized, non-chaotic guests had seen. The coordinators took charge, made all the guests sit down and they called our the photo list and groups on the mic (after they even spoke to the priest for permission). All the other weddings I've been to, photos consisted of having to yell at guests to gather up front with everyone all confused. It's the little things that make a big difference during the day.

I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without Patricia and Genicia on my wedding day! From the very beginning, they were so easy to communicate with — responsive, organized, and always one step ahead. By the time the big day arrived, I knew I was in the best hands.
They weren’t just coordinators; they were my unofficial bridesmaids — making sure I was always fed, hydrated, and comfortable, while also keeping everything (and everyone!) beautifully organized. I had most of our wedding vendors booked, but choosing to work with Kilig relieved me from the stress of planning, coordinating, and making decisions on my own one month before the wedding. This allowed me to actually be present and enjoy my wedding like I should! Dorothy, Patricia, and Genecia were extremely easy to work with and talk to. They made excellent suggestions for decisions I forgot to make, knowing exactly what our vibe and interests were. During rehearsal and on the big day, they were thorough, organized, and professional. I’m so thankful for the work they put in to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all vendors worked together to create the perfect day.
