I genuinely owe the ease and fun of our wedding to the Envision Team. Meghan and Jenna were incredible on our big day and in the month leading up. Meghan was so responsive, even at 1am when I'd be spiralling with wedding stress, and was amazing at taking initiative and making everything feel organized and easy. On our wedding day, Meghan and Jenna brought the perfect energy and were easy-going while also on-the-ball. They were able to navigate a couple changed plans without skipping a beat, and worked so well with our 12 person wedding party. Having their timeline and itinerary totally calmed my nerves in the days leading up, and having them there to keep us on track meant that myself, husband, wedding party, and family could simply float through the day, present and relaxed, and soak in every second without having to stress about anything. They were worth their weight in gold and then some, I can't thank the Envision team enough for the amazing experience, and absolutely perfect wedding day!

Meaghan was available for me from the beginning answering every single email and text. I was very nervous about the coordination of all the vendors and the hotel the day of but she assured me that things would go smoothly and honestly they did! I want to thank her so much for making this day perfect for my family and the bride and groom were so mesmerized by how everything turned out. After contacting several different wedding planners, we decided to go with Envision Weddings and Events since we felt an instant connection with Kimberly over the phone. We worked with Cynthia who was beyond incredible! There were several moments throughout the night where I could have easily been stressed out but she always had a solution for everything which made our night all the more memorable. Several of our guests spoke highly of her cheerful bubbly persona and can-do attitude. I could not recommend Cynthia enough and will definitely be suggesting her to anyone I know in the future who is tying the knot :) -

We worked with Envision Weddings for our October 2022 wedding (month of coordination), and it was easily the best money we spent on our wedding! Kim and her team were fantastic to work with and were a huge reason our day went so smoothly. Kim has a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry and was able to provide us with countless recommendations on our big day. She and her team made sure everything ran smoothly (and on time!) on the day of, and made it so that we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing. She somehow managed to find us a last minute Sax player when ours dropped out and was ready for any snags that could come up on our wedding day (snacks for bridal party, a ripped bridesmaids dress, etc.). If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, trust me you won’t regret it! We’ve already recommended Envision Weddings to our friends who are getting married this year! Donna Married on 17/09/2022A Dream Spanish Wedding
Where do we even begin to describe our incredible experience planning our Spanish destination wedding with Envision Weddings and Events. We started our journey with them in the Spring of 2020 and what was supposed to be a 2021 wedding soon became a 2022 wedding due to COVID, but Envision was with us every step of the way! It's astonishing we managed to pull off a Persian wedding in a European city we've never visited and all virtually! But truly the credit goes to Kim and Haley for making the process seem so easy, stress-free and fun.
Hardworking, dedicated, kind and professional only scratches the surface of this amazing team. Despite the exceptionally busy wedding season, Kim and Haley always made us feel special and wanted to ensure our wedding was uniquely ours down to the smallest detail. There really was nothing these two were incapable of doing or getting done; whether it was finding us a neon sign, custom ice cream flavours, finding flowers that weren't local or pulling a Persian sofreh together in a foreign country. I don't think 'impossible' exists in their vocabulary.
Hiring Kim and her team was one of the best decisions we made and money well-spent. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without them!Envision Weddings + Events's reply:

Kim and Jenna were worth every penny! Jenna fixed all of our hair the morning of the wedding when the stylist I hired made us look like we were going to an 80’s themed prom. I am embarrassed this review is so late, because the reality is that Jenna-Marie and the entire Envision Weddings team were incredible and I should have done this ages ago! My husband and I are from different cultures, so in addition to helping us organize our special day, Jenna-Marie had to navigate two big families and a bunch of traditions she wasn't familiar with - but she was AMAZING. She kept us on track with planning, was honest and open in her communication and truly helped our vision come to life. She made herself available when we needed and was so prepared on the day - coming in clutch more times than I can count. All the small hiccups (which I'm sure happened as is to be expected) were handled without me even knowing, let alone worrying. I felt confident in Jenna-Marie and her team and they did not let us down. We are so grateful for all your help creating and executing a night we will never forget!! -

We couldn't have had a more perfect/seamless wedding day with the Envision Weddings Team by our side. Our lead Kim was so attentive to our wants and needs and ensured everyone was on time. She made it fun and there was communication all the way through so we as a couple, knew what to expect. Her assistants Jenna and Haley were amazing as well, checking in with us from time to time ensuring we were hydrated and had eaten. Being in the event industry myself, investing in a coordinator for your wedding is the best thing we could have done. We had a stress free day (besides the nerves/anxiety) and Kim and her team made it all happen. Also, Envision Floral Studio did our florals and centrepieces and we couldn't be more thrilled. They nailed it and all our guests raved about their work and loved the environment they created.
Thank you so so much for all your hard work, we appreciate everything you did for us. Everyone we spoke to thought you did an amazing job both in coordination and with the florals, and I must say it is hard to impress some aunties and uncles :)

Kimberly and her team at Envision Weddings are the real deal! We found her as we were in a bad situation with a previous planner and she completely saved our lives and made our wedding a magical fairytale. From the proposal to executing the wedding, Kim and her team were there with us every step of the way. We are so grateful to have found them. They are fantastic to work with, extremely professional and know exactly what to say to calm your nerves and make sure that everyone in the wedding is happy! We cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond for us and making us feel so special and making our wedding the success that it was. Hey everyone.... Meghan here!
I joined the team back in 2018 as an intern as part of finishing up my studies in event management at Durham College - and after about 6 months watching the Envision team work their magic, I just knew I had to be a part of this world of weddings!
I have been given so many opportunities to expand my knowledge of events and experience some amazing things; but I feel like the biggest compliment anyone can give me as a professional is saying that I have a long career ahead of me, something that a bride told me this past summer. So I am committed to bringing a fantastic client experience to all our events, and hope that this journey is an incredibly lengthy and fulfilling one for myself and for everyone we provide amazing service for.

My name is Kimberly and I am the Founder, Principal Event Specialist, Principal Floral Designer, Person-That-Manages-It-All, etc. etc.
I began my journey in the wedding industry in 2007 when a friend of mine asked me to take my broadcast journalism skills and venture into the wedding cinematography business. After a year or so of running around and watching the behind-the-scenes of the crazy world of weddings, I was hooked. But, I had a problem. I hated editing videos. But I loved weddings and the production of the event. So what now?
My father, a self-made entrepreneur, always told me that without action, your words might as well be dust. So without even thinking through a full business plan, I dove right into producing 10 events in my first year out of my humble little 1-bedroom apartment. I caught the bug. And I never looked back. Although, I did end up writing (and rewriting, and rewriting...) that business plan!
Fast forward 11 years (!!!!) later, and here we are. Over the years, I got certified through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada with a Destination Wedding specialization, an extension on my existing Special Events Management certificate from Humber College. I also fell in love with the design part of the event, and in 2014 became a certified floral designer to offer my clients stunning fresh florals to accompany their incredibly well-organized event.
My team and my weddings have been featured in publications like StyleMePretty, Elegant Wedding Magazine, and WeddingBells. We won WeddingWire's Couple Choice Awards 5 times in a row. I've traveled to Malibu, Mexico, France, and Italy to make magic happen all over the place. We started an internship program in 2011 and have trained event professionals who now work at amazing organizations like the University of Toronto, McMichael Gallery, the Globe and Mail Centre and more. We have one of the top-rated listings on WeddingWire and over 150 happy clients.
But in the end, my philosophy is still the same. My passion is my work and my work is my passion. And I'm just an ordinary person that loves what she does and wants to spread the joy. I believe in integrity. I believe in solution-based planning. I believe in building relationships, understanding concerns, and producing something that is ultimately, the best damn party you have ever thrown.
