We were truly lucky on our wedding day, it was early October of this past year and we have warm weather, all our family and friends and the Kim and her team there who went above and beyond. They guided us through every step of the way and made our wedding day a fantastic experience. Our wedding coordinator, Haley, was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she reliable, a great communicator, and a friendly person, but she was also very good at breaking down everything we needed to focus on for our big day. Haley introduced us to a system called "Trello" for us to organize our to-do-lists, track what had been completed and what was outstanding, and communicate with each other regarding any changes with our vendors. Haley designed an efficient, and streamlined schedule for our wedding day, which played out wonderfully despite having run into some significant issues on the day of. For instance, our bar menu for the evening did not match our original contract, so Haley corrected this for us within a few minutes, by having well-kept records of our original contract with our venue. Throughout all of our chaotic emotions, Haley remained calm and collected, which allowed us to feel less pressure, and more reassured that our day would turn out well, and so it did! Our biggest takeaway from our experience using Envision Weddings + Events, was that you truly do not know how many little things you have to take care of, until someone organizes it into a time-efficient schedule, detailing everything from when you wakes up to have your morning coffee, down to when you have your first dance as a married couple! If you want to relieve yourself of some of the insane stresses of planning a wedding, or if you need an extra pair of hands to keep the cogs in the machine running so you can focus on actually experiencing the wonders of the day, then we would 1000% recommend Envision Weddings + Events for your wedding experience!

Kimberly and her team at Envision organized our wedding last August and did an outstanding job. It was a complicated task with 4 events at different venues around Niagara on the Lake (including one at home in the backyard), guests coming from various countries and multiple caterers and other vendors. This would've been very hard to manage without the energy, experience and extreme levels of competence that Kim and her colleagues provided. As very disorganized people, Kim's organized approach made sure we were always on track.When there were last minute disasters (as inevitably happens), Kim had solutions ready, which took away a lot of stress. She even managed to find a woman pandit (Hindu priest) to conduct the ceremonies. The wedding itself was magical beyond our expectations. Thank you!!

Like many couples engaged in 2020, my husband and I ended up having two weddings: the “real” big one that got delayed, and the microwedding that got suddenly planned in a panic. So it’s hard to know where to begin with how wonderful, helpful, indispensable, and reliable Kim and the Envision team were over years of planning (and replanning) two weddings during a time when nothing was remotely certain. Kim somehow knew what I wanted better than I did, always ready to tell me exactly what I needed to hear (even when it was “no!”). She also did our flowers and design, and essentially read our minds through the entire process. She was also fantastic at working within our budget, especially keeping the encore wedding in mind. Kim, in her expertise, suggested some fantastic vendors, and came up with ideas I had written off (like a vineyard wedding? I never would have imagined. But Kim did). The wedding days themselves were logistical wonders. Meghan took over in the weeks leading toward each event, and she might be the most competent person I’ve met in my life, while still being so warm and cheerful. Many wedding planners in southern Ontario have years of expertise, they have connections, they have the portfolio. But Kim is truly a rare gem of a person. She’s so real, so genuine, so down to earth. You will get your dream wedding with Kim not only because she is a connected, creative, hard working professional, but also because of who she is as a person and how much true passion and dedication she puts into her work. My husband and I consider her a friend after all she’s been through with us at this point. That. and she guessed my favourite bubble tea flavour!

We had the most incredible experience working with Envision Weddings for our wedding! From the very beginning, we worked closely with Kim, who made planning our dream wedding so easy and enjoyable. She truly listened to our vision and helped us bring it to life, offering amazing suggestions and keeping us on track throughout the whole process.

As the wedding day approached, we transitioned to working with Meghan, who took over and absolutely crushed it! Meghan made sure everything ran smoothly and was on point, so we could truly enjoy our day without any stress. Kim is amazing ! I knew her because she did my brother's wedding and I saw her in action. I was of course possibly thinking of other options as well but it's so difficult to decide if they would give you results when you've never seen them work. Kim had a very concerning look at my brother's wedding , I see her sweating and eyes going everywhere , and that's why I chose her. Someone that cares , thinking multiple things at once on the job and knew exactly what's going on .

The day of my wedding she even made suggestions to my hair stylist , there was a small issue on something else and she told my mom to remain calm . She also has confident in her team so it makes it more trusting as well. Even though I've only spoken to her couple times through video chat , she read my mind couple things as well like she was my long time friend lol thanks Kim and Haley , we had some laughs and I have more memories because of it.

Kimberley was lovely to work with from the moment we shared our original vision to the time we had to fully change venue and style. Her willingness and enthusiasm to work within budget and provide suggestions to were always on point. I never felt pressured to follow a specific style or add more flowers. She also helped source some items for our table scape that brought everything together beautifully.

Working with envision weddings was the best choice I could have many for my wedding. I got the wedding planning services with the amazing Jenna and floral and decoration services from Kim and her amazing team!!

They were incredibly professional, kind, and creative. They worked with me through every step of the way to floral planning and decoration making (which they did an incredible job with!!). Kim’s husband also helped with walking our dog Mabel so she could be a part of the wedding and taken care of when she got home. We appreciated this so much!!

To anyone thinking of working with the Envision Wedding Team - DO IT! We could not have imagined our special day and surrounding weekend coming together the way it did without them.

We are a couple from California, so we went with the full wedding planning package knowing that we needed to work with someone local - for timezone and geographical reasons, as well as knowing the current market and having network contacts in the industry, among other important factors. We got more than we could have asked for, as we are a Filipino-American couple with plans to incorporate cultural wedding traditions, and us luck would have it, Kim grew up with Filipinos and was already very familiar with what we wanted to do. Also definitely worth mentioning that as we were going through the interviewing process, a non-negotiable for us was someone who has had prior experience working with Casa Loma, which was to be our wedding venue. Not only had Kim done weddings at Casa Loma before, but she is so highly regarded by them that she was invited to decorate one of the rooms there during Christmas. Needless to say, there was no one else for the job for us after completing all the other interviews. So if you're getting married at Casa Loma, you DEFINITELY need to work with Envision!

Our celebrations took place over the course of a full weekend which also included a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch event. Kim and her team were instrumental in every part of the weekend. They don't just take care of you for one special day in your life, they are with you through the whole thing.

When you work with Envision Weddings, you get the whole package - they work with you on all design aspects – we had a lightly Tangled-themed wedding and they brought our vision into reality. They have their own floral studio and can do the day-of stationery as well. Their industry connections were amazing, and we were glad to have been put in contact with their partners and vendor recommendations. Kim was also an invaluable teammate, going to bat for us when working with outside vendors when the time came.

During the planning process – Kim was able to accommodate our late night zoom meetings due to the timezone difference. She also reassured us wherever we were during our planning process – TRUST that they know what they’re doing. They were our biggest advocates and supporters, as well as our therapists when we needed it (lol). Also special mention to Megan who went above and beyond so many times throughout the process and the day-of team including Chantal who helped to keep us sane, on track, and on point on our big day, even in spite of how chaotic things seemed at times. It’s also worth mentioning that our venue coordinator at Casa Loma changed on us unexpectedly TWICE during the process, but the Envision Team kept us solid and grounded until the end.
