Highly recommend Alfresco, they did a great job on our big day
They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, managing our extensive decor setup while simultaneously coordinating everything else on the day. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, Krista and Liz treated our guests with kindness and maintained a positive atmosphere.

Meet the team
After many years of working as an Analyst and keeping customers happy, I decided it was time for a career change. With a passion for details and the heart of a true romantic, I was immediately drawn to wedding planning. After becoming certified through the Wedding Planning Institute of Canada, Alfresco Wedding Planner was launched, and it quickly became apparent that this was my true calling.
I have a calm and welcoming demeanor – I can put even the most anxious couple at ease with my friendly smile and ability to keep couples focused on the big picture while I handle all of the details. I believe in always looking at the positive side of every situation, and I'm head-over-heels in love with being a wedding planner. When I'm not busy planning weddings, I love spending time with my daughter and my two dogs.
Funny story about Krista, Liz was actually the day of coordinator for her wedding!
Krista enjoyed the experience of planning her own wedding so much she decided to pursue a career in wedding & event planning afterwards. We're so grateful she did!
Krista is the funniest person you will ever meet. Having her at your event is truly the best because she'll have you laughing so much you'll honestly forget any nerves. Her favourite moment in any wedding is that magical split second where a bride/groom sees their partner for the first time before they walk down the aisle (we couldn't agree more!).
If you've ever worked with Krista, you'll know how much she truly loves the satisfaction of seeing an event finally come together and admiring the smiles of a happy client.

Pamela is the talent behind our new hand lettering service. She discovered a love of hand lettering in 2016 and has been providing gorgeous custom art including welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers & decorative signage ever since.
Her talent doesn't end there! She has worked in event planning since 2013 and brings a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and enthusiasm for creating beautiful things to every event she works.
When she's not working her magic at events, Pamela is also an animal lover and a big fan of the outdoors (although camping is where she draws the line 😂).
Fun fact about Pamela, she was born, raised, and started her career in events in the Greater London Area in England. She moved to Canada in 2014, and although not the biggest fan of snow she sure prefers it to all the rain in England.
