Helios Events & Entertainment is a wedding planning and event management company for couples who want their wedding to feel personal, well-organized, and genuinely enjoyable.

Our approach goes beyond simply showing up on the wedding day or even a couple of weeks before. We look at the full picture ahead of time, from timelines and vendor responsibilities to guest flow, venue logistics, setup, backup plans, and the small details that can easily be overlooked.

We work with couples at different stages of planning. Some have most of their vendors booked and need experienced Wedding Day Management. Others need help making decisions, sourcing vendors, working through logistics, refining their design, or deciding where their budget is best spent. We first understand your wedding, then recommend the level of support that actually makes sense for you.

Guest experience is also a big part of how we plan. We think beyond how the wedding looks and consider how it actually feels to attend, from clear transitions and comfortable timing to thoughtful seating, accessibility, and making sure guests always know what is happening next.

We love weddings because they bring people together, whether that is a traditional celebration, a multicultural wedding, an unconventional venue, an intimate dinner, or a full weekend of events.

We intentionally take on a very limited number of weddings and only one wedding per week, which our couples value the most, so each couple receives our full attention leading up to their day.

At the end of it all, we want your wedding to feel effortless to you, even when there is a lot happening behind the scenes. Our couples often tell us we thought of things they never would have considered, and that is exactly the level of care we aim to bring to every wedding.

• Wedding Day Management — This is our version of wedding day of coordinating but better and more comprehensive. For couples who have planned most of the wedding and want us to take over the final details, vendors, timeline, rehearsal, and wedding-day execution. - Starting at $1479 (for intimate weddings in one location).
• Planning Partnership — For couples who want to stay involved in planning but have an experienced planner beside them for decisions, vendors, budget, contracts, and design guidance. This package includes more consulting meeting to support you with planning and decision making- Starting at $3590
  

• Wedding Logistics & Production —Sometimes couples have their venue, some or all of their vendors, but need support with execution and fine tuning the details. This package is ideal for couples who need support with decor and sourcing rentals, and managing more moving pieces, where we take ownership of venue logistics, rentals, transportation, guest flow, setup plans, contingencies, and how everything comes together operationally. -Price assessed based on scope.

• Comprehensive Planning + Venue scouting: For couples who want support from the very beginning. We help define your priorities, budget and guest needs, then research venues based on fit, pricing, inclusions and logistics. Because your venue influences almost every decision that follows, starting early helps us make sure the whole wedding works together and your budget is used thoughtfully. Once your venue is secured, we continue with full planning support through the wedding day. Starting price $5,867
