Natalie did my June 29, 2019 wedding and she was amazing. She was great for advocating for what you want and contacting vendors directly. She was super awesome the day of and did not hover. She noticed things that even I did not notice and spoke to the vendors about it directly, even at some points requesting refunds/discounts based on quality and services received. Even after the wedding and everything was sorted away, she maintained contact and was willing to help resolve any issues that we had ongoing with vendors. It was invaluable to have someone who has so much experience with both vendors and with wedding planning itself. Highly recommended, and very reasonably priced for all the experience you get.

Natalie went above and beyond for us, she was on the ball with every single thing and made my day PERFECT. 150% would recommend her to anyone! The kindest soul with the biggest heart ? I cannot thank her enough

The services provided by Lighthouse Wedding Coordinator were very helpful. When we started planning our wedding people had mentioned to me that it would be helpful to get a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator. I shrugged them off because I believed myself to be a very capable person. I was able to book all of my vendors and secure contracts for the venue, hotel, flowers, dress, DJ, dance performance, photographers, transportation, officiant, hair and makeup, and cake. However, about three months before the wedding I started getting very overwhelmed and stressed regarding the details of how the day was actually going to unfold. I also didn't want to put the burden on our family and friends to get to the venue early (on an already busy day) to make sure that the vendors were arriving and to set up decorations, etc. I also had no idea about a timeline and how things would flow (or not) and how we would get through the day. I decided to investigate looking into getting a wedding coordinator. I found Lighthouse Wedding and got in contact with Natalie. We met shortly after and I knew that Natalie would be able to help me with pulling the day together and relieving my stress. Even knowing that someone else who has managed many weddings would be looking at my wedding gave me a sense that everything would work out.

Natalie was very responsive. It was easiest for me to communicate by email (just because of my job) so she was able to accommodate that style for me. She also got back to me really quickly.

Our day turned out wonderful and stress free and I really appreciated having Natalie there to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Natalie provided our day-of coordination, as well as making final arrangements with the vendors in the last two weeks before our wedding, and having her help was the greatest thing we could have done. Everything ran perfectly smoothly on our wedding day with Natalie on top of all of the details, and we were able to just relax and enjoy! Natalie was fantastic to work with, a lot of fun to be around, and great at pulling everything together to create our perfect day!

We used lighthouse coordinators for day of service. They went above and beyond for us. I honestly couldn't imagine a better day! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again ladies!

Hiring a wedding planner was definitely worth it. Natalie and her mother shown through from all the others in their sincerity and openness. I don't regret hiring her at all. She was there to do all the research for anything I wanted, compile a list of pro's and cons of each vendor, keep me on track in my budget and remind me about my vision- its so easy to go into wedding mode and spend spend spend but Natalie was there to reign me back ("remember when you said you didn't want wedding favors?")

A few little things did disappoint me, like how the videographer didn't know the schedule where to meet us, or how the DJ set up lights I didn't want him to, and how she dressed extremely casually for a formal wedding. All minor of course. Does that mean I regret choosing Natalie? No no NO! Because my wedding looked exactly EXACTLY like I envisioned. The tables were elegant, the centerpieces gorgeous and the cake table stunning. She helped bring my vision to life, my wedding was warm and elegant and bold all at the same time- and considering my vision was a blank canvass to which I had no colors and only an aversion for flowers I hope that says something about exactly how much effort she put into finding exactly what I wanted, then making it fit into my budget.

Natalie is a wonderful woman, who will go to bat for you and is not afraid to tell those blood sucking leechers in the wedding business where to stick it. She's efficient and will get back to you with information you want/need right away- I once accidentally called her at midnight (I was on night shifts) and she picked up and had a full conversation with me putting aside my fears before gently reminding me of the time. I was mortified! But so appreciative. Even more she took such good care of my mother (who broke her leg the night before my wedding). She waited on her all night-for this act of kindness alone I will forever be thankful. THANK YOU NATALIE!!

This review is long overdue, but I had to make sure and leave a review so other people know about the amazing service Natalie provides. We hired Natalie because we could not get in the hall the night before to decorate. I was very nervous about not being able to see exactly what the décor looked like. After meeting with Natalie I was very happy we chose to take the stress off ourselves and have someone else decorate everything was perfect and I had absolutely no worries. I highly recommend anyone even just needing someone from the month of the wedding or to help decorate she is someone who is great to go to for any wedding advice.

Natalie did a wonderful job as the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. She was professional, pleasant to work, very knowledgeable, all with a great sense of humorous. She ensured everything was planned and carried out as Megan and Joel had wanted for their special day. She provided invaluable advice, professional opinions and was organized and very efficient.
On the actual wedding day she was mysteriously "everywhere" with courtesy and great attention to detail.
She was a pleasure to work with and she made sure the wedding couple had the wedding they had dreamed of. As the mother of the bride, I can say, Natalie did an excellent job of leading us to a very, very wonderful day.

We used Lighthouse for Month of Coordination and we couldn't be happier! Natalie and her team were amazing. They were very professional and experienced and really helped us to make our day special.
Natalie met with us a few times to find out how we pictured our day and talked us through all the details, making sure we didn't forget anything. She made a detailed plan for the day of so everyone knew what needed to happen. She also reached out to all our other vendors to make sure they knew the plan as well and had her contact info in case something happened. I didn't get a single call that day! Natalie dealt with everything!
Natalie decorated our venue (which was beautiful) and also took charge of everything for the day. If any of the other vendors had questions or needed something, Natalie was the go-to person. It was so worth it to know that we had someone capable running the show and could truly enjoy our day worry free!
The day went off without a hitch, Natalie took care of everything, there were a few glitches with our venue that occurred, but we didn't hear about them until a few days later because they were completely taken care of!
I would highly recommend Natalie and her team at Lighthouse! The price is very reasonable and well worth it!

I can't say enough good things and how thankful we were to have Natalie along side for the planning of our wedding. Everything turned out absolutely perfect and wouldn't have been the same without her help and expertise. She was extremely resourceful, had great ideas and helped to keep me cool calm and collected. Her help with setting up the room, tear down and ensuring every last guest got into a cab (at 3am) including myself and husband was so beyond appreciated. I'll take this opportunity to say thank you Natalie again for everything you did for us and to help our special day go completely flawless. It's truly a day we will never forget!
