Kelsey and her assistant Kayla absolutely blew us away! From the start, Kelsey was a huge relief in the planning process - she knew what we needed to do, when & helped us every step of the way.

They night before and the day of were flawless - we worried about nothing - and either did our wedding party or families as she took care of every meticulous detail from having our dog included in our ceremony, to our personalized dessert table & everything in between!

She even took some time to capture photos and videos of sweet moments throughout the day from different perspectives. She truly thought of everything & we are so grateful we had her apart of our day!

As my new husband would put it, "Kelsey is really good at her job." We hired Kelsey about 7 weeks prior to our wedding date, feeling overwhelmed with details and how to get everything done on the day of without turning our family members into "the help." WOW! Didn't look back for a second. Kelsey was PHENOMENAL! She got back to me right away to learn about what we had done and what still needed to be done. She set clear meeting times with us and tasks/deadlines for each of us to finish last minute tasks. She reached out to all of our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She has an online portal that makes everything very clear, with an extremely detailed list of things to think about, a few of which had not occurred to us prior. Going into the wedding weekend, she made herself available to us for a last time walk through of the venue as well as our rehearsal. On the day of, she was able to oversee every detail from set up to take down (even supervising the groomsmen to set up the reception hall with a mish-mash of mine and my Mom's decor), to helping with the timeline and ensuring our wishes were met (private champagne post ceremony, not spending the whole day taking photos). Not a single detail was missed and she went above and beyond to ensure our vision was executed. In addition, she is very personable, easy to get ahold of and work with, flexible, and our friends thought she was directive but also fun. I was able to relax on the day of and just worry about being a bride, thanks to Kelsey. If you are debating, just do it. Hire her. You will not regret it. Thanks for everything, Kelsey!
