Partnered with LA chefs for my wedding at The Norland Historic Estate. Food was good, guests loved it. Butternut squash was a bit undercooked and the food did not stay out very long (30-45 mins) but overall a good experience.

The food was amazing and our guests were very impressed.
It was nice to not have to search for a caterer as they came with the venue we chose (Countryside Barn). They had an optional of doing a special played dinner for the children in attendance and that was served before the buffet opened to all guests. We were given the option as the bride and groom to have our meal served to us or to go through the buffet line.
The only downside was that for the food tasting we had to wait for one of 2 tastings done on a large scale and the tasting did not include any of the BBQ options that were available specifically for our venue. This non-negotiable date was a bit of a hassle as we are not local to Lethbridge and the day of the spring tasting for the upcoming summer season ended up being on a day that had a major snowstorm.
The variety of food options, both plated and buffet style dinners was great as were the multitude of ate ight snack options.
We also had various options for how we wished to run the bar (from us providing alcohol and Bartenders to LA Chefs providing everything as well as in-between options). They were also accommodating in brining in specific alcohol for our signature cocktail.
Overall it was a great experience.

The planning process was super great. When I initially booked, I was stressed because I hadn’t gotten around to booking someone and the wedding date was approaching. Lachefs reached out since they hadn’t heard from me since my initial probing for catering quotes. It made everything feel so much less daunting. All my questions and concerns were answered whenever asked and it was great.

The staff who dropped the food off was great. They double checked the menu that I had printed out to make sure they had brought everything. The food came right one time, was hot, and set out on the tables perfectly for us. The staff double checked with me before they left that everything was accounted for and made sure to hand my own special diet meal to me so that it didn’t get lost.

The food was perfect. Every single guest that I talked to had nothing but positive things to say about it. Everyone said it was hot, delicious, and a wonderful variety to choose from. There was plenty of food to go around so no one went hungry whatsoever.

I’m extremely happy with choosing LA Chefs for catering. I will absolutely be recommending people use LA Chefs for catering in the future.

The staff during our wedding were amazing, you barely felt their presence but they were everywhere, ensuring your empty dishes were gone if you finished. Ensuring all the little details were taken care of. They worked with us for any thing we needed, a true pleasure to work with.
The menu as good, even with the mixup between an old & new menu the food was good. The late evening snack/meal was extraordinary.
None of us left hungry.
Very satisfied with their service & would definitely book them for other occasions.

LA Chefs handled our 40th Wedding Anniversary with the utmost professionalism and care and attention to detail. The food was superb, as evidenced by our guests repeatedly sharing with us how wonderful the meal was. The staff in attendance made sure that we and our guests were well taken care of and the event proceeded on time without any interruptions or delays. We are so very grateful that all of us in attendance that evening had such a wonderful experience filled with amazing memories and peals of laughter!! You hit it out of the park for us LA Chefs!!! LA chef made a great meal for our wedding. We had lots of people telling us how good the food was

We had our wedding on a piece of family property, and LA Chefs office staff did a lot of amazing work with helping us figure out snags due to COVID as well as planning our menu our way. The delivery and set up staff however were a huge pain in the butt as they couldn’t follow directions and the last crew that came to pick everything us the morning after was over 3 hours late and got lost many times once they did come out to the area and despite calling myself for clear easy directions 8 times.

We’re very allergy accommodating, when given an explicit seating map with coding for allergies on it. They had enough staff on hand to serve and clear. Our wedding was not at their kitchen location which caused some hiccups. Food was served cold for half of our 190 people wedding. They did not have enough starter salads prepped and where shocked about it. It caused a 20 delay between half our guest of eating and the other half having to wait.
