Exceptional Service and Incredible Food!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sawmill Banquets and Catering Services! From start to finish, they made our wedding day absolutely perfect. The food was incredible — delicious, plentiful, and everyone raved about it!
The service was impeccable. Paul, the General Manager, and Monette, the Event Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, professional, and truly cared about making our day special. Every detail was handled with care, and their dedication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

A-maz-ing!
Our first caterer, ghosted us after giving them a deposit. When we reached out to Sawmill, Paul always made sure to respond as quickly as possible. I really appreciated that he was always willing to answer any question that I had, even if it was something that seemed so simple.
The food was soooooo good! I've never eaten so much in my life, every single one of our guests were raving about it. Even the guests who had alternate meals due to allergies and dietary restrictions. Paul and his team were amazing! 1010% recommend

An absolute must!!
I simply cannot say enough good things about Paul and his entire team- Paul’s responsiveness, flexibility and experience are second to none and his communication with me back and forth leading up to the day of our wedding made me feel so confident and relieved knowing he had things under control. On our wedding day each member of his staff was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make the day perfect for me and my guests. The food was exceptional and there were so many amazing choices, all my guests raved about it! Amazingly his prices were also the best of any company I received quotes from. I would urge any couple to go with Sawmill, you won’t be disappointed!

Guests were raving about the food!
We had such an amazing experience with Sawmill for our wedding last week. It was such a pleasure working with Paul. He ensured the menu was exactly as we had hoped and our wedding guests kept telling us how the food was amazing. We also used Sawmill for bartending and a bar package; the staff was professional and kind and brought all the necessary items to make the drinks we wanted. Thank you Paul for making our wedding so special and over the top!

The best catering services in Edmonton
We booked Sawmill Catering Center for our wedding on March 28/20. Prices were quite a bit below other caterers in the area. Paul was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and he never ever batted an eye when we were having to make constant changes around COVID-19. Whatever he could do to make our life easier through this stressful time he did with a smile. On top of it, all the food was amazing and was above our expectations!!! Thank you Paul and team for all that you did for us. We will forever remember your generosity and compassion.
