We hired Unforgettable Days for the day of our wedding. I was very impressed with the Stephanie's attention to detail. With so many things that we had to sort out, we only had to tell her things once and she had it covered. She was there with us during the rehearsal to go through the finer points of the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and Jeffrey took care of everything we needed. They setup the hall, and ensured that all the spaces looked exactly like we wanted it to. They even offered to come walk our dog during the day because they knew we'd be busy. Throughout the evening, they helped ensure everything was calm and organized so we did not have to worry about a thing. There was zero stress from us the entire day. After the reception, and perhaps the biggest value for us, was that Stephanie and Jeffrey took care of taking down and packing up all off our decorations after the night ended. At the end of the night, it was the last thing that we wanted to do. They took care of it all for us and delivered everything to our house the next day. We are so happy that we hired them for our wedding day. With them managing with any issues that came up during the day, it allowed us to have zero stress so we could focus on being in the moment and sharing it with our friends and family.

Wow, what can I say about Unforgettable Days? Stephanie made my whole wedding planning experience so seamless and stress free. Everytime I thought about calling to book something or looking for something I wanted at the wedding, I would literally shudder and put it off. It was the last thing I wanted to do, it just felt so overwhelming. With Stephanie's help, I didn't have to do any of it. The day I booked Unforgettable Days, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I could focus on my vision of the wedding and not worry about how it was going to get done, that was Stephanie's job haha. She was so flexible with everything, she would ask me to make a decision and if I didn't want to, she would do it for me. I recently hired Stephanie MacDonald from Unforgettable Days to help with the planning and organization of my father’s funeral. I knew with the requirements and restrictions with COVID that she would help advise and plan to follow the AHS guidelines that we needed to in order to have the funeral during this time.
Stephanie went over and above my expectations. She helped with all the large and small aspects of the invent, from food to garbage bags to make sure we had everything we needed. She came all the way out to my parents farm to check the location prior to and plan where everything will be set up. She adjusted her scope as our plans changed and was patient with all our confusion during the organizing.
On the day of the event, she was there early to set up so we didn’t have to worry about anything on this emotional day and after we arrived back after the funeral, she stayed and helped with serving food and left only when she knew we were all set up and could handle the rest on our own.
I cannot express how much I appreciated her help and guidance for this event, she was sensitive to my family’s needs and provided support in all ways she could. I would recommend Stephanie with Unforgettable Days to anybody for any event they are organizing, she truly helped make the day a success and took so much stress off during the planning stages, we always knew that she would think of the things we didn’t.
