Amazing! Brought our venue to life beautifully
When looking for linens/tablecloths/centerpieces and more for our wedding, we approached River City Rentals first as they came highly recommended. We were very pleased with the huge selection of items available, and being able to find tablecloths, napkins and napkin rings in our wedding color (purple). The decorations brought our venue to life beautifully! We were also able to find a beautiful circular arch and toule (?) for decorating it. It was so easy to assemble and decorate. Danielle & Kayla were wonderful with helping us determine what we needed and the facility also had table laid out that allowed us to experiment with table set up, which helped a LOT to bring our vision to life. We highly recommend them!

Great quality rentals!
What a beautiful showroom and wide selection of items. Meganne was incredibly helpful and helped me pick out some great items to make my day special. I went in with the intent of getting some fabric napkins (best deal in the city btw) and a plain black backdrop. Well I walked in a saw the most beautiful gold sequin draping and was sold. It really elevated the decor the day off. Pick up and drop off were fast and efficient.

More than expected
We booked 2 tents and vendor management with Chelsea. We only booked two weeks ahead and they help set up our entire reception. Everything was ready when we arrived at our backyard reception. The tents definitely helped on the hot summer day. They even set up our favors in our initials which was a nice unexpected touch.

A aha moment for our wedding
Planning for a wedding is one thing but as soon as we learned and visited the River City Events,it was an aha moment for our wedding,I never imagined how they had been so organized and made our planning so easy we can simulate our ideas at their shop.I would say it's a place like no other.Thank you River City Events.

Excellent service
Cynthia was my coordinator for my wedding. She did an amazing job. River city events has been nothing but helpful. Cynthia offered great advice and she was able to meet all of our needs. Even with last minute requests she was able to handle. I would highly recommend River City Events.

Wedding rental
Overall, my experience with Rivercity Events was outstanding. The only issue I had is that I left a voicemail on the emergency number and never did receive a phonecall in response. The message was left after business hours and I felt it was an emergency as I would be on my honeymoon when the office was open. Other than that, each time I spoke with someone they were very pleasant and accommodating and when items I had ordered were overbooked, I received an upgrade at no extra charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Rivercity Events

Amazing Service & Incredible People to Work With!
The team at River City is absolutely incredible to work with! From the first phone call I made, to tear down at 2am on the wedding night, they were a dream to work with. I never had a doubt about anything with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a wedding or an event in the Edmonton area! Thank you, Chelsea and the RCE team for being amazing people!!
