Sean is set up to accommodate speciality music for events like cultural weddings and parties with a wide variety of relevant music for your friends and family and can provide music needed, even as the event is in progess!

Experience

Sean has 35 years of experience and is a member of the Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association and CONNECT Licencing. Big Time Fun 101 DJ Services does not hire or use any dj's with less then 25 years experience, or try to compete against lower quality dj services! Sean has played for hundreds of weddings in Canada, and with many of Calgary’s premier disc jockey companies. He also owned Records on the Wall DJ Services and Park Avenue Productions and was the manager of .(KICX 91.7) radio in Ontario. He has also performed in clubs like Norma Jean’s, Mingles, Hunter, City’s Lights (hosting more than 800 guests) Bug - a - Boo Creek and clubs all over Calgary, Toronto, Sudbury, Victoria and Vancouver. Big Time Fun 101 DJ Services is a fully insured and licensed business meeting all legal requirements for your hall, hotel or event .

Services offered

He offers MC services such as: interactive crowd experiences, bouquet and garter tosses. Grand enterances and exits, standard or custom first dance introductions, or your MC can access his wireless mic system. He creates "Do-Not-Play" lists and " Must-Play- lists" and can provide Uplighting, LCD projection, Gobo projector " Your Name in Lights ", vertical lighted smoke machines, laser lighting, Dj quality sound system, custom dance lights or a photo booth . He offers uplighting services that can be customized and mixed for optimum usage. Typical packages include the following services:

This was the best DJ service you can get no questions about it. I had the best experience with them for my Wedding and would even consider them for any small event I may host that I wanted to keep the party going all night. They were professional and the quality was top notch. If you are reading this I promise you that you will have hired the best DJ service and your event will be a huge success.

Sean was great! We had a fantastic time thanks to him. Very professional. We had an outdoor ceremony with a separate indoor reception.
He came to our rehearsal, made sure all the music we chose worked for our ceremony timing wise. Very easy going, and efficient. The reception was fantastic! Great selection of music and lights.
We would highly recommend him to anyone. You truly wI'll not be disappointed.

We had a great night!! The monograms were amazing!! The sound system and lights were awesome!! the speakers had covers and lights so they looked beautiful. The DJ was very flexible considering our wedding was on a mountain. We had a wonderful night!!

Sean was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to meet all of my music needs, and had this awesome monogram displayed on the wall with my husbands and my name on it. Sean was very flexible about timing and was on time. It was over all a lovely experience!

Sean was very easy to deal with. From the get go we met up with him and laid out a plan for him which he was happy to comply with. The one thing that really made me pick Sean was his willingness to do what we wanted. He stated numerous times that he was working for us and he would do whatever we asked. This seems to be different than other DJ's I have heard of as they do what they please. Sean is a very good communicator and we had numerous discussions to ensure everything went as planned. The day of, Sean arrived early, set up on his own and was ready to rock for our ceremony. I provided him a list of pre-ceremony and dinner music which he stuck too. Come the dance, Sean cranked it up with his own playlist that had a great mix of music for all guests. If you're looking for a reasonable priced DJ who is willing to listen to your requests and will get everybody on the dance floor, look no further than DJ Big Fun. Thanks again Sean for being so easy to work with and making our day a special one.

I could not have asked for a better and more professional DJ for our wedding. Sean was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, accommodating and professional. We had so many compliments from our guests on the DJ and he kept the guests dancing and having such a fun time. Amazing, amazing and amazing. Over the long weekend we had the pleasure of having big time fun 101 help us out with music for our wedding and reception and I could not say anything other than amazing. The lights that were set up lit up the ball room like a rave and the music had people dancing all night. Sean was awesome from beginning to end. If I could do it all over again I would. We still have people talking about how great the party was and how great the lights and music were. If any one needs a amazing DJ you're looking in the right spot. Thank you for making our special day perfect.

From our first meeting with Sean we were impressed with his insight into the what we envisioned for ourselves and our guests as far as music was concerned. He has an understanding of how the demographics of a group has an impact on what music to choose, etc. We enjoyed the music a lot and we received positive feedback from our guests as well. Sean's amazing dj with a wide variety of music selection. I was surprised at the amount of latin music he had in his library. Definitely recommend getting the gobo and uprights. It made our venue feel more extravagant. We definitely got our money's worth. Very affordable. Great job Sean!!!
