I’m DJ Temperpedic! I'm based in Antigonish Nova Scotia & I started DJing in 2015! Over the years I’ve played a wide variety of events from wedding receptions, to concerts, club nights, and even corporate events. I know how to get people moving & grooving, with song selections that will get folks excited & keep the dance floor packed!

I offer a wide selection of music for my clients, and my catalogue is always growing. With a library that includes anthems from the 80’s through to today’s pop hits, I’m sure to have something for everyone on your guest list. I also take requests live, so if you think of a song you want to hear once the party has already started, it’s never too late to add it to your must-play list.

A lot of DJs out there will just mix the same songs night after night in the same order, giving you a generic experience that doesn’t capture your individuality. I create custom playlists for each of my events, taking direction from your must-play list to curate a selection of music that feels uniquely you. I also give my clients the opportunity to give me a do-not-play list that I stick to even if I get a request for one of the songs on it, and I also use that list to inform what kinds of things you don’t want to hear at your event.

With over 10 years of experience as a DJ, I am an excellent read of a crowd. I can pick up on what your guests are responding to and tailor my set as the night progresses. Every playlist I make has numerous song options for me to pick from, with a wide variety of genres, ensuring that your guests will talk about how great your wedding was for years to come.
