Back in 2017, Dalen absolutely crushed it at a friend’s wedding and we’ve been comparing him to every DJ ever since. Spoiler alert: no other wedding DJ has ever come close!
So when we started planning our own wedding, we knew we had to lock him down. No backup plan. No second choices.

He 100% delivered!

He nailed the nerdy ceremony vibes we dreamed of - From string quartet versions of iconic movie scores as guests arrived, to a custom mashup of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars as we walked down the aisle. It was a 10/10 magical nerdy perfection!

Then came the reception as Dalen took us on a full-blown musical journey through our lives. He dropped banger after banger, mixed in nostalgic throwbacks, guilty pleasures, and crowd favourites… yes, even Soulja Boy made an appearance - as per the groom’s special request lol

Thank you, Dalen, for making our wedding completely unforgettable. You set the bar sky-high back in 2017 and you're still out here killing it in 2025.

Our wedding planner reccomended Party with Dale Entertainment, and we were very happy with their service! The communication was excellent, which is always appreciated especially with the normal stress that comes with a wedding. We were lucky enough the have Andrew for our DJ which was a part of our package at Chilliwack Golf Club! After having a great conversation with him he mentioned his wife Maegan does MC service as well - we had a phone call with them both and we were 100% set on having them a part of our wedding. They took their time to understand our vision and the site they use to input your music and timing was so user friendly! Fast forward to our wedding; the night went so smooth and everything truly aligned and worked out for the best. We would recommend them for anyone looking for these services - they are great, funny, and relatable people to work with, that have your vision and best interests at heart. Everyone commented on how great the music was - I don’t think the dance floor was empty for 1 minute. Best day ever!

Party with Dalen and DJ Peter stepped in and saved the day with a month to go before our wedding, and absolutely rocked it! We had some unique song requests, and Peter leaned into them and made it a super memorable night for us and our guests.

Comments from friends and family were overwhelming positive, with some saying they haven’t had that much fun in years!

One guest even said ‘I’m still sore and limping from dancing so much at your weding!’

The whole experience from the beginning was amazing! Dalen was super responsive and answered all my questions leading up until the day. Our DJ was Dj and he was so good! He knew exactly what to play and was super great to work with, adapted when we needed him to as we didn't know how the whether was going to hold up. Would definitely recommend Party with Dalen and especially Dj!

We found Dalen Entertainment on Wedding Wire and they were a great find. Dalen himself came and did the DJing and MC for the night and nailed it. He arrived very early to make sure everything was set up and tested to work perfectly. The photo booth was a hit with guests, and clearly had a perfect playlist as it was non stop dancing till the end of the night. Highly recommend for any event.

We wanted to keep planning as easy as possible for our wedding and so we ended up booking at an all inclusive venue that included not only the food, decor and cake in the pricing, but also the entertainment- Party with Dalen Entertainment!
Dalen made everything extremely smooth for us during the planning process. There was a small questionnaire that helped Dalen find the perfect DJ within their team to match our wedding style, and after that we got access to a portal where we were able to fill out all the fine details of the wedding, from the bridal party names for introductions, to any special songs to be played at specific moments.
My husband and I were adamant about having our own list of music that the guests could pick from during the reception. We ran this idea by Dalen and he loved it, letting us know that any idea we had, they would do their best to make it work. We ended up printing out a large poster of around 250 songs that the guests could request songs from, and we had asked for only the bride and groom to be able to request songs that were not on the list. This worked perfectly. We of course had the occasional friend or family member running up to the two of us asking for us to request a song for them, but not gonna lie, it made the night that much more entertaining.
Closer to the date of the wedding, Dalen matched us with our DJ, Jordan. For an additional fee we were also able to get Jordan to be our MC for the evening on top of his usual DJ duties, and we couldn't have gotten anyone better. He kept the guests on track throughout the entire evening, letting everyone know about important times to listen for (cake cutting, dances, late night snacks etc) or any venue rules (no smoking in parking lot, no outside alcohol etc).
The song sheet we had printed consisted of a very large variety of songs for all ages and of all genres, and anytime when the guest weren't requesting songs, Jordan was absolutely fabulous when it came to matching the music to the moments.
Actually, thanks to Jordan, he gave us one of the best memories we have from the entire day. Completely unplanned, and simply just him using his amazing DJ-senses, he got all of our guests to hold hands and form a circle around my husband and I, while the two of us danced our butts off in the middle. All Jordan said was, "during the chorus, I want all the guests to run in and come together." Then he put on 'Sweet Caroline' and the rest was history.
The entire night was a blast, our friends and family are still raving on about how amazing Jordan was. He even let me get on the DJ booth and try my hand for a song at one point! (Hahah, thank you!) Not only was he professional, but he was a whole party himself.

Party with Dalen gave our wedding the fun, joy, and entertainment it needed. The DJ was interactive and a great personality. Even leading up to the wedding when one DJ had to bow out for personal reasons, Party with Dalen had another lined up quickly. Their flexibility, strengths in customer service, and the fun atmosphere they brought to the reception was everything we could have asked for.

We worked with both Andrew and Peter for our wedding in September 2025 and I cannot say enough great things about our entire experience. Andrew spent hours with us on the phone making sure all of our questions were answered, making sure we had everything set up for the big day. Peter was our actual DJ on the day and he was such a stunning person! So personable, upbeat and had us dancing all night. We are so grateful for the excellent service on our big night and we had so much fun. I only wish we could figure out how to do it all over again :) thank you Andrew and Peter!!
