FDH Limousines

if there is a 0 star i would give zero. i hired them for my wedding day on July 9th. driver showed up 15 min late and request us to make a payment right in front of the church when we arrived 20 min late. wedding ceremony started already i could hear the music going and everyone was rushing in and he comes to me, a fully dressed bride to take out a credit card (where am i suppose to carry a credit card in my full gown) to make a payment knowing that everybody was trying to get me in. My fd had to rush in to cover for me which completely ruined my mood.

the driver had no smile whatsoever through out the whole thing as if we owe him a million dollars.

car was clean.

do not hire them if you want to have a pleasant wedding day. if you don't care that's ok

Now that life is getting back to normal we are finally getting to our reviews!
FDH Limousines did an excellent job on our wedding day! Daniel and Liza were easy to talk to with planning the itinerary (we used two limos with them) and were courteous and professional. Also they answered all our questions with ease, and I appreciated that they were able to accommodate our location and distance was not a factor at all (with no extra charge). Both the SUV stretch and the Bentley limos were in excellent and clean condition with refreshments, were actually ahead of time, and both drivers were a pleasure to work with. On top of being a great value, our bridal party was happy with the service, and everything worked like clockwork the day of the wedding. Excellent work, and we would totally recommend FDH Limos to our friends & family!

I used this company for my wedding on October 9, 2015 and definitely would not recommend any other Bride (or anyone else) to use for the following reasons:

- The limo showed up nearly an hour late to pick the bridal party up and drop us to the Church. No apology or explanation was given except that the driver had googled the hotel's address and had gone to the first result that had come up. Even though I had sent over a full schedule (including addresses & postal codes of pick up and drop off locations) the day before.
- When going to take pictures after the ceremony, the driver nearly got into an accident
- I have recently sent the company an email letting them know of the issues and the fact that I was going to make a negative review they accused me of trying to "blackmail" them and did not even apologize for being late.

To be fair, my interactions with the company haven't been all bad:
- They answers emails quickly
- The limo seemed to be clean and came with refreshments
- The lady from "dispatch" was good
- The price was reasonable

If you are OK with a good price but bad customer service and possibly being late to your own wedding, go with FDH. If possible, deal with the lady from "dispatch" - I wish I had gotten her name.

FDH limousines have good prices with good services. We are very happy with the service we were provided on our wedding day! Best prices out there!

Having called multiple limousine companies to try and book transportation for our wedding, FDH Limousines was by far the most accommodating and pleasant to deal with. There was an extremely professional and friendly lady on the other line that made sure to go over all the details and costs so that there were no surprises, and she would promptly follow-up if there were any issues that arose.

The driver on the day was very professional and had no problems making multiple stops for our photos. Overall, I would recommend this limo service to anyone looking for great service at a competitive price!
