After contacting a few limousine companies, no one gaves customer service like Enchanted Limo.
Carl is kind, funny, professional and punctual. He went above and beyond, being at each pick-up location ahead of schedule, accounting for possible traffic and even touching base with our planner when we arrived so the groom did not see me. He assisted all of us out of the limo, that was clean, stacked with glassware, and water with music ready to go and all for an affordable price.

He drove us to our photo location and dropped us off at the reception. He even came back at 1am to drive a group of us home. He truly went out of his way to make sure our day went off without a hitch. Our timing changed a little on the day and he happily accommodated.
