Aug 31st 2024 wedding

Thank you to our amazing driver for picking us up and for calming my nerves. Our ride was smooth with refreshments offered. Our driver came in a heartbeat to help one of the guests that wasn't feeling so good and even though they didn't drive with them in the end we really appreciate that he arrived promptly ready to help.

Excellent!!

The quality of service and cleanliness was awesome! We had the pleasure of having Bill as our driver and he was very sweet, quite the gentlemen. When we were trying to figure out our timeline Leslie was very helpful with helping us with pickups and to arrange times in an order to get the most value. Need a ride again, will definitely be contacting again!

Fantastic Experience and Quality Service

Our experience with Gem Limousine for our wedding was exceptional! Mel, our driver, was punctual, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly with multiple stops throughout the day. The planning process was straightforward, with clear and communicative staff.

The limo bus was spotless, the AV system worked perfectly, and all our belongings were kept safe and arrived intact at our venue. The spacious bus comfortably fit our party of 12, and we felt the price was very reasonable for the service we received. We couldn’t have asked for more from a limo service. Highly recommend!

The Best Limo Service Around!

From the first moment that we messaged Gem Limousine they were fast to respond to all of our questions and fairly priced. Melissa was amazing at organizing and making sure we built the best package. Melissa called to ensure our timelines were right and we had everything organized before the wedding day. On the day of the wedding our driver I think his name was Greg arrived early and was super helpful getting everyone on the bus. He dropped us off and went to get the groom and groomsmen and made sure everyone arrived on time. The driver came back at the time we needed him for and went above and beyond to ensure our guests made it back to the hotel after the wedding! He was truly Amazing and I can’t thank Gem Limo enough for making our day the most successful day with no stress at all! You guys are amazing! Highly recommend!

Great limo service

We hired Gem for our wedding transportation and they were really great to work with! I corresponded with Taylor and she was very responsive and friendly over email correspondence, and was very honest to let me know when we made a slight overpayment on our final invoice. Our limo driver, Greg, was also very kind and great to work with on the day of our wedding. Very happy with our experience!

The best service, extremely happy

I had my wedding on May 27th 2023 and I had Bill as my driver.
He was absolutely the best driver. Always made sure we were all good during the drives. Gem Limousine Service were great to work with. their attention to detail and the ease of booking them for my wedding made it a clear choice that it was a great fit. Professional, courteous and hands down a great service.

Made our wedding transportation easy

The team at Gem was great to work with and flexed to give us a pick-up and drop-off schedule that worked for our day. We used Gem to transport ourselves, our bridal party, our families and some hotel guests to and from the venue. The sprinter limo was perfect for our needs, the driver was professional and even helped us pack up our decor at the end of the night. When we realized that we had left an important item in the vehicle, Gem made it easy for us to drop by and retrieve it. Thank you Gem!

Great service

We used Gem Limousine as out transportation for the wedding party to the venue and as a shuttle in the evening to take out guests back to the hotel. Greg, our driver, did a fantastic job getting us around on time. The vehicle was larger than expected and super clean. The booking process through the website was easy and they were fairly quick to respond. Would definitely recommend their services. Just wish we could have gotten another bottle of champagne as the Groom and groomsmen didn't get any!
