The wedding day was perfect, the planning days could have been better
While the wedding coordinator, Isabelle, was incredibly sweet and provided valuable advice during our initial meetings, communication became less consistent after we signed the contract. A few promises made prior to signing were not fulfilled, creating minor bumps in our planning process. Though Isabelle likely has a busy schedule, her response times could be improved. However, it's important to note that the final wedding day was seamless, thanks to the exceptional support of the wedding concierge, Ashini.
Ashini was an absolute lifesaver throughout the day. Her calm demeanor and clear guidance at the rehearsal eased any pre-wedding jitters. During the wedding itself, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, providing constant support and ensuring we were well-fed and hydrated. Ashini's flexibility and keen sense of timing were invaluable, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a hitch. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without her dedication and professionalism.
