Wedding at the Pearle Hotel and Spa

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at The Pearle Hotel in late April 2025. From the very beginning, the communication with our event coordinator, Isabelle, was seamless. She was supportive, thorough, and truly made us feel prepared for our special day. Her guidance and advice were so valuable, and she handled everything with such professionalism and care.

The Pearle was also incredibly accommodating to our last-minute changes, never making a big deal out of anything—which, as the bride, brought me so much reassurance and peace of mind. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Vicki, who wished us well, and we found a welcome drink waiting for us in our room. The amenities...

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at The Pearle Hotel in late April 2025. From the very beginning, the communication with our event coordinator, Isabelle, was seamless. She was supportive, thorough, and truly made us feel prepared for our special day. Her guidance and advice were so valuable, and she handled everything with such professionalism and care.

The Pearle was also incredibly accommodating to our last-minute changes, never making a big deal out of anything—which, as the bride, brought me so much reassurance and peace of mind. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Vicki, who wished us well, and we found a welcome drink waiting for us in our room. The amenities were stunning—we even had a chance to relax in the pool before the big day!

At our rehearsal dinner, we met Sabrina, our Day-Of Support provided by The Pearle, and she walked us through the entire schedule with so much attention to detail. She thought of everything—snacks and drinks in the room before the reception, a reception reveal—little touches I hadn’t even considered but was so grateful for. And now, upon my reflection, were the most meaningful parts of the day!

On our wedding day, despite running late for our first look, Sabrina calmly coordinated with our photographer, brought us water, and helped keep everything running smoothly. Her presence brought such a sense of peace. She even noticed I didn’t enjoy a drink I had ordered and quietly replaced it without me asking—her attentiveness was truly unmatched. Throughout the night, she checked in on both me and my husband, packed food for my grandmother who couldn’t stay due to illness, and even brought me flip flops so I could dance comfortably.

Thank you, Sabrina, Isabelle, and the entire team at The Pearle for making our wedding day so incredibly special. Our guests are still raving about the experience, and we’re already looking forward to creating more memories at The Pearle in the future.

Reliving the BEST day!

We knew we wanted a “one stop shop” for our special day and The Pearle definitely delivered! We couldn’t have imagined our wedding anywhere else. Everyone at The Pearle including but not limited to Isabelle, Harzall, Paige, Vicki, Shannon, Sabrina, wait/bar staff, front desk staff, valet, and The Pearle cafe staff went above and beyond for us - we are truly so happy and appreciative of you all! AMAZING food, accommodations, drinks, atmosphere and more. Guests are still raving to us about their experience and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you all so very much for all of your help in making our wedding memorable! Wishing you all the same happiness you’ve helped bring us.

The team is extremely helpful through the whole process and even helped make connections with some of our vendors.

I did my wedding without a planner and it didn’t feel like that with this team!

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!

The Pearle Hotel was the perfect setting for our winter wedding. All the staff throughout the process were lovely and went above and beyond. Isabelle Kiraly walked us through the wedding planning process step-by-step and paid attention to every detail. She worked magic behind the scenes to ensure our day went off smoothly and took so much worry off our plate. On the day of, Shannon was a true fairy godmother. She was 2 steps ahead all day and took exceptional care of us and our families so we could enjoy every moment - including bringing blankets to keep us warm between pictures outside, making sure we ate our meals, and managing all vendor interactions (good and challenging). Prepared to be taken care of!

Leading up to, you are taken care of and that continued to the day of our wedding. We had Ashani with us, making sure we had everything we need. Hope our MD made sure dinner and everything flowed. Best venue!

The Pearle is amazing. My husband and I were blown away with how smooth and detailed the process was. Planning a wedding is overwhelming but the Pearle team makes everything seamless. The food was phenomenal and the service is out of this world. You get a day of coordinator which was one of the best things ever. They constantly check in on you and just help with anything you need. I highly recommend!

We chose to host our wedding reception at The Pearle Hotel, and it was an absolute dream! The Pearle Hotel team made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. The hotel itself and the reception space (the Edgewater room) is stunning, it is elegantly designed with a blend of classic charm and modern sophistication.

Every detail was meticulously handled, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day without any worries.

Shannon who was our wedding coordinator assigned by the Pearle was nothing short of amazing. She provided the most stellar service I've ever received. From getting us any drink or food we wanted, to helping bustle my dress, holding my dress while moving around, to fixing my hair while getting photos taken and even finding me a small fan to combat the heat of the day are just some of the few things she did for us on our wedding day.

All of our guests were equally impressed with the venue’s ambiance and we received numerous compliments on the quality of the service the amazing food and the beautiful setting. The Pearle Hotel truly exceeded our expectations and contributed to making our wedding a memorable and joyous occasion.

Beautiful & Professional Wedding Venue

Our wedding at The Pearle (Edgewater Room) was better than we could have ever expected. The staff makes the planning process and day so seamless. They really allow the newlyweds to truly enjoy the day without stress.

Food & drinks were all incredible - I may be biased, but it was some of the best I've had at a wedding.

Shannon and Cibelle worked our event and they were extremely attentive to all guests' needs and kept the evening running smoothly.

We also had the chance to spend the night in one of the suites and there were so many small details for the wedding including champagne, custom knives, and handwritten postcards from staff. Highly recommend it if you are able to!
