We hired 2 school buses to pick up guests from our wedding and bring them back to their hotel. (We also had 2 school buses bring our guests to the wedding). Our DJ played an extra 10 minutes past our scheduled time. When guests walked out of the venue 5 MINUTES past our scheduled departure time, 1 of the 2 school buses had left so half of our guests were stranded at the end of the night. We paid $500 for that 1 bus to provide a 15 minute trip and the driver abandoned us over an extra 5-10 minutes. -

I used bus.com for our wedding, overall it went well.
What was a good surprise for me was the quality of their customer service, and ability to be very flexible with the last minute changes we had.
Other than that nothing to add, professional service and good bus & driver. I would recommend. -

Bus.com sent a city bus instead of a min-coach bus. Not as advertised or discussed, no communication on the downgrade. They are hard to reach and no communication leading up to our wedding. The city bus could not pull up front and parked on the street and a bunch of people had no clue that was our shuttle and ended up taking uber's and taxi's. Still no offer for refund or compensation - will update later!
