Hands down our favourite way to work with couples! Our Full Coordination service is for those who want a wedding that feels extraordinary but don’t have the time or energy to invest into managing every detail themselves.
From the moment the vision starts to take shape, we’re right there with you — dreaming it up, designing it out, and bringing to life a wedding that feels completely and unmistakably you. Think of us as three people bundled into one: the creative brain bursting with ideas, the logistical rockstar who can solve just about anything, and the calm voice of reason keeping everything grounded along the way. We love a strong martini which means we love a good party which means we definitely know how to throw one!!
Our approach is applying a heavy focus on what's important to the both of you versus what's trending in the industry or important to your friends or family--this is your wedding after all! We’ll develop a full visual design concept you may have never thought of, curate and secure the right vendor team to bring it all to life, manage timelines, budgets, and logistics, and keep every moving piece organized along the way. In short: it’s all handled! Which means you’re free to enjoy everything this season has to offer — the excitement, the celebrations, and all the moments leading up to your wedding day.
By the time the big day arrives, every plan has been thoughtfully built and every detail accounted for. Our team will be there to execute everything we’ve created together — coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, smoothing over any hiccups behind the scenes, and making sure the entire day unfolds effortlessly. Your only job? Get married, have the best damn time of your life, and leave the rest to us.
Wedding Day Management:
Our Wedding Day Management service is perfect for couples who are excited about the idea of planning their own wedding but need someone to be the eyes, ears and boots on the ground running the show on the actual day of. That’s where we come in!
This service is incredibly unique because — call us crazy — we actually love spending time with our couples! In all seriousness, we understand that many couples want to be at the helm of planning their wedding, but also want to feel supported when things begin to stall. Included in this service is 6 hours of one-on-one time with us before the one-month-out mark. Couples often use this time to tackle big planning pieces like building their wedding day timeline, creating ceremony and reception floor plans, or even curating the décor and design concept for the day. Whatever roadblocks you’ve hit, we’ll help move you right through them.
Then, one month before the wedding, you’ll officially hand the reins over to us. We’ll review everything you’ve planned, finalize timelines and floor plans, confirm details with your vendors, and oversee the full production of your wedding day so everything runs beautifully. You didn’t choose a bridesmaid, a friend or an Aunt to run your wedding day, you chose us. And you definitely chose right 👌🏼

Hiring Joelle was hands down the best decision (and investment!) we made for our wedding.
From the very beginning, Joelle was the first person who came to mind. I loved her vibe, her portfolio, and honestly, she’s just such a fun person to be around. After our initial consult, we booked her for wedding day management and added a Joy Date to help with rentals and design. Best. Decision. Ever.
I’ll admit — I’m not the easiest client. As a natural planner, I tend to have a hard time letting go of control. But with Joelle, I didn’t have to worry for a second. Anytime I asked, “Hey, what about this?” she’d already have it handled. “Girl, I’m already on it,” became her signature line — and it let me fully relax and actually enjoy my own wedding day.
Joelle is a total expert. She brings such a unique perspective and always encourages you to think about what you actually want — not just what tradition or social media says you should do. She had so many creative ideas that ended up being guest favorites and personal highlights for us. There are so many details that simply wouldn’t have existed without her input.
Now that it’s been a little over a month since our wedding, we’ve had time to reflect — and honestly, I don’t remember a single thing going wrong. No one came to us with problems, no last-minute panic, no stress. Everything just happened flawlessly. We kept finding ourselves saying things like, “Wait, when did that get done?” or “Who handled that?” and the answer was always the same — Joelle did.
There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and having someone in your corner giving 110% to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of (and more) is truly the best gift you can give yourself. Yes, you’re paying for a service — but Joelle gives so much more than that. She’s in your corner from start to finish — helping tie ties, printing speeches, adjusting timelines, running out for extra booze, improvising décor when the weather doesn’t cooperate — you name it, she’s already on it.
I could go on forever about how incredible Joelle and her team were. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or spending the money — do it. It’s worth every penny and then some. Having Joelle is like gifting yourself peace of mind, laughter, and the ability to truly be present on your wedding day.

We booked the VIP Wedding Day Management package, and it was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. Joelle’s knowledge, expertise, and incredible design eye brought everything together seamlessly. She made sure the weeks leading up to the big day were stress-free, handled every hiccup with grace, and ensured that we could be fully present and enjoy our day.
I cannot recommend Joelle enough! She is professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about her couples. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, she is the one you need by your side!
