I’m the type of person who loves to plan, organize, and host — the one everyone goes to for help and direction at events. And while I truly love being that person, I knew I didn’t want to be that person on my wedding day. My husband and I both agreed that we needed someone who could take the reins so we could just enjoy the day — enter Joelle.
From the very beginning, Joelle was the first person who came to mind. I loved her vibe, her portfolio, and honestly, she’s just such a fun person to be around. After our initial consult, we booked her for wedding day management and added a Joy Date to help with rentals and design. Best. Decision. Ever.
I’ll admit — I’m not the easiest client. As a natural planner, I tend to have a hard time letting go of control. But with Joelle, I didn’t have to worry for a second. Anytime I asked, “Hey, what about this?” she’d already have it handled. “Girl, I’m already on it,” became her signature line — and it let me fully relax and actually enjoy my own wedding day.
Joelle is a total expert. She brings such a unique perspective and always encourages you to think about what you actually want — not just what tradition or social media says you should do. She had so many creative ideas that ended up being guest favorites and personal highlights for us. There are so many details that simply wouldn’t have existed without her input.
Now that it’s been a little over a month since our wedding, we’ve had time to reflect — and honestly, I don’t remember a single thing going wrong. No one came to us with problems, no last-minute panic, no stress. Everything just happened flawlessly. We kept finding ourselves saying things like, “Wait, when did that get done?” or “Who handled that?” and the answer was always the same — Joelle did.
There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and having someone in your corner giving 110% to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of (and more) is truly the best gift you can give yourself. Yes, you’re paying for a service — but Joelle gives so much more than that. She’s in your corner from start to finish — helping tie ties, printing speeches, adjusting timelines, running out for extra booze, improvising décor when the weather doesn’t cooperate — you name it, she’s already on it.
I could go on forever about how incredible Joelle and her team were. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or spending the money — do it. It’s worth every penny and then some. Having Joelle is like gifting yourself peace of mind, laughter, and the ability to truly be present on your wedding day.
Also, she’s absolutely hilarious — witty, sarcastic, and just an overall blast to be around. 💕 -

Joelle was truly a godsend throughout our wedding planning process. I honestly could not have gotten through it without her! I have known Joelle for over 10 years so I already knew how incredible she is. But seeing her in action as our wedding coordinator exceeded every expectation.
We booked the VIP Wedding Day Management package, and it was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. Joelle’s knowledge, expertise, and incredible design eye brought everything together seamlessly. She made sure the weeks leading up to the big day were stress-free, handled every hiccup with grace, and ensured that we could be fully present and enjoy our day.
I cannot recommend Joelle enough! She is professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about her couples. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, she is the one you need by your side! -

Working with Joelle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - hands down.
Not only was the design absolutely breathtaking - it genuinely brought me to tears - but the way she pulled off the logistics was nothing short of incredible. She quite literally transformed a blank canvas into the most stunning dream backyard wedding.
The countless hours, the late nights, the level of care and detail Joelle put into every part of the planning process did not go unnoticed. Having her by our side throughout made it possible for us to be completely present on the day and truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends - and that is something we’ll never forget.
We never went into this expecting our wedding to be “the best day of our lives.” We just wanted a great party with the people we love. But because of Joelle, it really was the best day of our lives.
If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, let this be your sign: always hire Joelle. Aside from saying “yes” to my now-husband, hiring Joelle was the best decision we made.

I’m a hardcore planner, love throwing parties, live for the details, but when it came to contracts, logistics, and the pressure of pulling everything together, I was completely out of my element. Joelle and her team? Straight-up magic.
Joelle isn’t just a planner. She’s a powerhouse. She makes you feel like your wildly capable, tell-it-like-it-is best friend is planning your wedding, if your best friend also happened to be ridiculously creative, ultra-organized, and could handle anything with total grace and style. She’s bold. She’s honest. She’s fun. She listens, she gets it, and she delivers. I felt heard, I felt calm, and I felt like someone genuinely had my back. That kind of support is priceless.
And her team? Just as phenomenal. Joelle couldn’t be there on the day, but we had Chelsi, and WOW. She stepped in and absolutely crushed it. She brought the same level of professionalism, warmth, and control that made us feel completely at ease. Our wedding day flowed effortlessly, and that’s because Chelsi ran the show like a total pro.
Joelle built a team that reflects everything she stands for: excellence, heart, and a whole lot of badass energy. Our wedding was the best night of our lives, and this crew was a huge part of that. I truly can’t recommend them enough. -

We booked Joelle’s full coordination package, and we are so happy we did. We can't recommend Joelle (and her team) enough! From our first meeting to the final farewell on our wedding day, Joelle literally blew our expectations out of the water. Her easy going and bubbly personality made every meeting seem almost too easy and we always felt very comfortable asking or discussing anything wedding related with her. She is very personable, making it easy to connect on both a professional and personal level. Joelle brought our simple vision to life in ways we couldn’t have even imagined making our venue look absolutely stunning.
Her organizational skills and creativity are remarkable, our day ran so smooth it was almost too good to be true. Seriously, she planned every detail perfectly that not a single thing went wrong the day of the wedding. Having Joelle made our wedding week so easy and stress-free we could not imagine doing it without her.
Joelle allowed our day to run seamlessly and most importantly helped us throw the best party our family and friends have ever been to. Our day was perfect and we owe it all to her. If you are contemplating hiring Joelle and her team just do it, you will not regret it!!

Winter dream wedding!
Where does one start with writing a review for such an amazing business and business woman! My husband and I had the thrill of working with Joelle to plan our dream mountain wedding this past March. At first we had just booked the VIP wedding day management package. It wasn’t long after that we changed it to a full coordination plan. We have zero regrets in doing this as we knew we were in amazing hands with Joelle and her team. From start to finish everything came into place to make our big day perfect without any stress. Even leading up to the week of the wedding I never expected to feel so not stressed out… who would have thought? She took care of everything from the behind the scenes to even the smallest of things like helping tie my shoes. I knew she was fully prepared for any situation that may arise which helped keep me at ease. If you are unsure about whether or not you need a wedding planner, all I can say is yes!! Whether it’s the full coordination plan or even just a few meetings to help move things along, you will not be disappointed in contacting Joy by Joelle for any wedding or event needs. Joelle made the biggest day of our lives that much better, and we will forever be grateful she was apart of it.

We purchased the VIP Wedding Day Management with Joelle Tripp and I cannot speak more highly of our experience with her. There are some things we knew we could take on ourselves, but there are other things (like an event floorplan) that it's best to have a professional weigh in on. She made sure our vision came to life in the thoughtful and beautiful way, and she took care of all of the details on the day-of that I promise you don't want to be thinking about on your wedding day. We thoroughly loved working with Joelle and we couldn't have done it without her.
