Growing up he was always exposed to old school music, such as the Cascades, Englebert Humperdinck, the Scorpions, John Denver and many many more. Learning to appreciate and enjoy all genre's of music from old school, to jazz, classical and of course hip hop and r&b. At the ripe age of 9 years old he started to learn guitar and played in the choir at school until the age of 20. In recent years since taking up djing from mutual friends, he has built up a reputation and has also dj-ed numerous weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and has taken his love for music to the next level. This music-minded individual has gone through a plethora of musical experiences, from his early childhood to the tuneful structure he is now. At a age of 13, Chris has learned to play the acoustic guitar inspired by bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blink 182, No Doubt, Bob Marley & The Wailers, Incubus, & then eventually started a band with his pals in school at 14. At the age of 19, Chris grew interest in the art of deejaying--then 2 years later he came into the deejay scene & delivered, with his knowledge of Old School music both Hiphop & RnB, Reggae & Dancehall. He deejayed house parties, birthdays, debutante balls, school graduations & at 22 years old, landed his first residence at a lounge in North York. When Chris deejayed all those gigs, he has acquired more music & knowledge from other genres after every gig he deejayed in. At that time his Fridays & Saturdays were spent deejaying at the lounge, but on Wednesdays he was deejaying/MCing/Hosting his own live mix show, Urban Rhythm, streaming live from Fusion Radio at University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. After 2 years of residency, he left the lounge & entered the wedding scene with an experienced wedding deejay. Chris & his colleague has been making waves throughout the wedding industry for years and has also been part of Bridal Shows/Wedding Expos.
