I am so glad that we booked Encore Catering for our October wedding. From the very beginning, Stacey and the team at Encore were nothing but amazing. Stacey was very patient with my many emails, made excellent recommendations and helped us create our dream wedding. Encore handled all of the rentals, food, and beverage. They were nothing but professional and made sure that we had everything we needed. On the day of our wedding, the wait staff and on-site coordinator made sure that everything went seamlessly and checked in with us several times throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Our guests raved about the food and the excellent service they received the night of our wedding. I would definitely recommend Encore Catering to anyone looking for a caterer. They were incredible!!

Our original caterer wedding caterer backed out 4 days before our wedding day. Within a couple of hours of sending Encore Catering an email, David S reached out to me saying they could cater our wedding. David was a pleasure to work with, he took the time to ask questions to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and he came through with an amazing job. I can’t imagine how much effort it took to get everything organized for us in such a short time, but with David and Shiras’ amazing organization, hustle and determination, they gave us the wedding we have always wanted. I can’t say enough kind things about David, Shira and the Encore staff, but the smiles on our and our guests’ faces said everything. Thanks again so much, it was a pleasure working with you!

Encore catered my wedding on Sunday June 26th , they were INCREDIBLE !!!!! Amazing food, extremely responsive before the wedding , incredible service. David & Melanie were just amazing to work with. And the staff on the day of , we spot on. They went above & beyond to make our day incredible ?? I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the GTA !

We were just so happy with our decision to go with Encore for our wedding.

Encore was recommended to us by the owners of Rosehill (preferred caterers). We did do a little bit of research which speaks volumes about the quality of their food as well as professionalism.
The food tasting itself was excellent. My husband and I consider ourselves foodies and love exploring different flavours and ideas so our standards were pretty high for our wedding day. We went in expecting medium flavoured food but boy were we wrong. Every course was better than the last and beautifully presented too. The chef was extremely flexible in tweaking each dish to match our palettes and our guests as well.

Our guests were floored with the quality of their hors d'ouvres and 3 months after our wedding continue to inquire about our caterer for the wedding. The entree's were just phenomenal and all our guests left feeling quite happy that they didnt have regular "wedding food".

We chose to go with alternating dessert plates. Their chocolate ganache is to die for and their key lime pie is just a work of art. We were so happy with every course and left our guests thoroughly impressed.

I would recommend working with Encore for any event that you have in mind a they are flexible in their pricing and reasonable if you want food that tastes amazing!

Encore catered our wedding at The Warehouse on September 5th, 2015. I was considering a few different event venues, and most of them had Encore as a preferred vendor, but each venue I contacted had nothing but positive things to say about them. After hiring them for our wedding, I am in the same boat - They were fantastic!
David helped us put together a very fun “foodie” style menu for appetizers and dinner. Our younger friends and older relatives loved the options, and to this day we are still receiving compliments about how unique our food was. Our wedding was fun and modern, with food stations at each corner of the room. We had multiple appetizers served during cocktail hour such as Ahi Tuna tacos, Chicken Popcorn (literally chicken and popcorn), Beignet Burgers (mini burgers with doughnut buns), Wilensky burgers (smoked meat/mixed meat sandwiches). Our main course(s) consisted of Carnitas/Taco bar, Chicken and Waffle station, Perogie Bar, Lobster Mac & Cheese station. Totally unconventional, and totally DELICIOUS.. Encore made it happen!
Overall, we had an amazing experience with Encore. David is extremely creative, helpful, positive and personable. He was open and versatile and really got to know me and my husband while putting together our menu – this made our personalities shine through our food to our guests, making it really feel like “our” wedding!
I stand strong behind recommending Encore for ANY type of event! You will not be disappointed!

They have an excellent relationship with a rental company which I realize is VERY important when planning a wedding! Cary, the owner, is very down to earth, practical, and to the point. Go with Encore!
