It continued to operate through locations within Senate Taverns in Ottawa, including on Bank, Clarence, and Wellington streets. In addition, a new location was established at 73 Boulevard de la Gappe in Gatineau, further expanding its presence in the National Capital Region.
The SmoQue Shack is also known for its catering service and food truck, bringing its smoked delicacies directly to events and gatherings. Their menu features dishes such as tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, and signature spare ribs, all prepared with passion and dedication.
