We Don’t Cook is a chef-led private dining and catering service
Founded by Chef Jaida Lewis, We Don’t Cook was built on a simple belief: food should nourish, delight and bring people together. With classical Italian culinary training and time spent studying in Florence, Jaida brings a refined and intentional approach to every event.
From intimate proposal dinners to bachelorette celebrations and wedding cocktail hour grazing tables, every menu is thoughtfully crafted and completely personalized. Dietary restrictions and preferences are always accommodated with care.
Jaida is also available for destination events and is open to travel, including Kelowna, Palm Springs and beyond. If you have something special in mind, please reach out!
