We cannot say enough amazing things about Jolene and her team! She went above and beyond from the start and helped to ensure every aspect of our wedding vision came true. She helped to make planning fun and as stress free for us as possible. She was an amazing energy and vibe on the day of our wedding and everything flowed flawlessly!

The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on all of our entrees (beef short rib, chicken supreme, salmon, eggplant parm). The staff were wonderful and very professional and took care in recognizing any allergies /dietary restrictions some of our guests had. They even helped to keep our meal hot while we stepped outside for sunset photos with our photographer!

We got married at Rodman Hall and are still blown away by this venue! Nothing but 10 stars reviews for this place and their team!!! Would 1000% recommend :)

I can not say enough great things about this company and how our wedding day turned out!! From helping us plan our wedding and making us aware of all the little decisions we needed to make for the day, to how flexible they were for meetings and walk throughs of the venue and how helpful and supportive they were on the day! Jolene was with us from start to finish and made sure everything we wanted was completed to perfection.

We received so many compliments on the food and how delicious it was but also the portion sizes being so generous. Andrew and the staff during dinner were so accommodating to any of our guests needs and we are still raving about the experience!

The food options from festivities were incredible. Though there were some small hiccups, which couldn't be controlled (i.e a blizzard that delayed our tasting). The food was the talk of our wedding and we absolutely loved it.

Pro tip for other Brides and Grooms: Don't just rely on the food served at the tasting, as the team was very accommodating and allowed us to try some of the items that weren't served at the tasting in a private tasting of sorts (WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE PORK WELLINGTON).

We couldn’t have been happier with our catering experience - everything from the planning to the last bite was incredible!

The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh, which we know is no small feat for a large group (125 guests). Plus, our venue didn't have an on-site kitchen so they somehow achieved all this magic with a mobile kitchen!

We received so many compliments from our guests — especially about the generous portions and flavourful dishes. The beef short rib was a major favourite at our tables!

The value we received was outstanding - not only for the quality of the food, but also for the seamless coordination. We also rented napkins, glassware, and linens through them, which made everything stress-free.

Some of our stand-out selections included the shrimp avocado cucumber bites, peach ricotta crostini, mini arancini balls (my personal fave!), feta bruschetta, and truffle mac and cheese for hors d’oeuvres. The balsamic and pecan salad was bright and fresh, and the gelato for dessert was such a fun and memorable touch. Late night pizzas were DELISH and FRESH!

Highly recommend this team - Jolene is awesome - they helped make our day feel delicious, elevated, and totally effortless! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food!!

Feastivities Events & Catering was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. I planned my wedding from three provinces away, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They worked with us virtually and even scheduled in-person appointments around times we would already be in Ontario, which saved us from having to make an extra trip.

They were also incredible when it came to dietary restrictions and limitations. I had complete confidence that all of my guests would be able to enjoy their meals without worry. My sister has Celiac Disease, and she raved about her meal. Not only was it safe, but it tasted wonderful and looked nearly identical to the original menu item—just completely gluten-free. She mentioned how comfortable she felt with their care and communication, especially knowing there was no risk of cross-contamination.

Feastivities also gave us the flexibility to create a menu that felt like “us.” They were willing to customize everything, even making sure my husband got his dream Oreo cheesecake just because he was the groom, while the rest of us had gelato. One of my favorite touches was when they brought us some hors d’oeuvres during photos since we were missing cocktail hour—it was such a thoughtful detail that meant a lot to us.

The food was delicious, the service was seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free. I cannot recommend Feastivities Catering highly enough—they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable.

Feastivities was the perfect choice for our romantic barn wedding at Balls Falls Conservation.

We chose the Blush package, which was exactly what we needed for our intimate 85-person celebration. One of the highlights of the experience was being able to invite four loved ones to join us for the tasting. It meant so much to include them in the decision-making process, and it made the lead-up to our big day even more special.

Feastivities provided absolutely everything we needed and more—we were honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by all the delicious options. They handled every dietary need with ease, and everything was equally flavorful and beautifully presented.

I had the top sirloin, and my husband chose the salmon. Let me just say—the sirloin was the best steak I’ve had in a long time, and although salmon may seem like an unconventional wedding entrée, it was a huge hit with our guests. And don’t even get me started on the garlic mashed potatoes—chef’s kiss.

The service was equally exceptional. Janet, in particular, took amazing care of us at our sweetheart table and even made sure hors d’oeuvres were delivered to the bridal suite so we wouldn’t miss out after the ceremony. The bartenders were warm, upbeat, and had smiles on their faces all night long.

Our late-night snack—fresh pizza—was a crowd favorite. Guests were still raving about it hours later!

Jolene, our coordinator throughout the planning process, was truly a star. She had answers for every question, was incredibly responsive, and remained flexible and accommodating with every little detail right up until the big day.

Although Feastivities is a large event caterer, they made us feel genuinely seen and celebrated. They brought the vision of our small, romantic wedding to life with care and heart.

We had an absolutely Amazing experience with the ENTIRE team from Feastivities. It all started at our tasting back a few months ago....delicious food from the apps to the dessert! It was difficult to choose!! Jolene, our co-ordinator was so professional, thoughtful and caring through the entire process! There were no glitches, no missed steps...all went so smoothly in the planning stages. Execution at the Actual Wedding...was TOP Notch!!! Andrew was the Manager during our Cocktail hour and Dinner Service. I couldn't have asked for a better, well ran Wedding service. The food was Amazing!!!! Every one of our guests are STILL raving about how delicious everything was!!!!
Being catered in...our venue was at a barn...the worry was in the back of our minds...BUT...WOW....we were sooo impressed at how hot, delicious and tasty everything was!!! Our guests loooovved the fire oven pizzas too! Big hit!!!!
