They walked my husband and me through every step of the process and kept us in the loop the entire time. Communication was clear and consistent—they were truly professional, responsive, and reliable. On the day of the wedding, their organization and warmth stood out so much that guests thought they were our close friends helping out!
And the food? Unforgettable. Even a week later, guests are still raving about it—especially the Bo Kho, which was such a hit that there were zero leftovers. Every dish was customized to our preferences, and they made sure we felt supported and celebrated throughout.

Meet the team
Hi, I’m Jane. Well Jane 1 to be exact. I’m the culinary brains behind Chau and have been working in the food industry, basically all of my life. I love attending weddings, but loathe the traditional wedding food. I have a passion for creating custom menus which reflect the couple getting married. When I got married to my husband, we found it impossible to find a caterer which could create a custom Scottish/English and Vietnamese/Chinese menu which reflect our heritage. In the end, I catered my own wedding (yup that's me all dolled up with a butchers apron carving our roast) and decided then and there, that I would specialize in creating custom wedding menus which reflect each couple’s unique ethnicity & palates.

I’ve only attended 2 weddings - both my own - so I come to the wedding catering business with no bad habits. I have always been fascinated with how excellent food affects mood and elevates celebrations. Seeing people relish something that I have helped to craft for them (in whatever capacity) creates a feeling for me that is difficult to describe - I have been honoured to nourish you and be involved in your special moment. Whether at a casual festival or a posh and dignified wedding, the interaction between idea and substance is the same: come and eat - we welcome you.
Hi, I am Justine.I am so happy and excited to be part of Chau’s Catering team!
I have been in the industry for 15 years, and have a passion for people and eating delicious food!
I have worked all positions in front of house and was an expo at one point in the kitchen. Once I had some experience in the restaurant industry, I got more curious about catering. I love creating long-term relationships with clients while coordinating and catering their events. From celebrating love at weddings to offices, and ensuring their employees feel appreciated, I couldn't get enough, and decided that coordinating is where I wanted to be. I even put on my own community events from time to time. I enjoy seeing others have a good time and hearing them rave about how good food tastes.
I am excited to be working with Chef Jane to create a wedding catering experience that is filled with lifelong memories and delicious food.
