We cannot recommend these caterers enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly flexible, working seamlessly within our budget without ever making us feel limited or pressured. They were super accommodating with cultural sensitivities and extremely mindful of our guests' allergies, customizing everything to suit our needs perfectly.
They walked my husband and me through every step of the process and kept us in the loop the entire time. Communication was clear and consistent—they were truly professional, responsive, and reliable. On the day of the wedding, their organization and warmth stood out so much that guests thought they were our close friends helping out!
And the food? Unforgettable. Even a week later, guests are still raving about it—especially the Bo Kho, which was such a hit that there were zero leftovers. Every dish was customized to our preferences, and they made sure we felt supported and celebrated throughout.
If you're looking for caterers who go above and beyond, treat you with genuine care, and serve phenomenal food, look no further. This team was an absolute highlight of our wedding!Chau's reply:

We used Chau to cater our wedding for the cocktail hour and our dancing portion. Chau prepared their signature baos and tacos. We are so happy that we had used Chau for our wedding, as after the event, guests were raving about the food non stop. Not only was the food a highlight of our wedding for us and our guests, but their service is also top notch, and their whole outfit are quality people. We had such a positive experience. Need a caterer?? USE CHAU!!!

Jane and the Chau team were a dream to work with. They catered the cocktail hour and late-night at our wedding, and we had their bao station, taco station, and grazing board.
So many of our guests were raving to me about how much they loved food! I would recommend Chau to anyone looking for a unique and scrumptious dining experience at their next event.
I would happily work with this mighty team again. Not just for the great food, but for their heart and attention to detail.
Throughout the busy night, they went out of their way to find my husband and me just to make sure we got to eat. Which shows how this team goes above and beyond, providing more than just a tasty meal.
This is a team of true professionals, I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they were so helpful and accommodating.

Our experience with Chau was excellent from our very first call with them, right to the very end of the wedding day. Jane, Justine, and everyone on their team made the process so easy, stress-free, and seamless. They so willingly accommodated our ideas & our changes, and their expertise + professionalism really shows. And of course the FOOD was delicious all night long. Incredible Food, Unique To Us!
Chau were wonderful, from our introductory call to scope out a possible menu, working with us to make everything as economical as possible, while making sure the food was 'us' and delicious! All of our guests loved the food, and Chau went above and beyond to make sure even the most stringent dietary needs were met. Would recommend to anyone!Chau's reply:

Choosing Chef Jane and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, other than our venue. We got married at the Madison Greenhouse where they are now an official preferred caterer, finally having an option for people who have asian backgrounds, and want to serve up a modern yet authentic experience. We were so fortunate to book in for a tasting menu to get a sneak peek of our wedding menu - which was an incredible gift and experience for our bridal party. We had raving reviews about our wedding food which I don't hear often at weddings since you have to cater at scale. From Chef Jane's own personal experience of catering her own wedding to tailor to asian tastebuds, she really knew what we wanted when we first inquired as a mixed culture couple (Chinese & British) so that we can cater towards both sides of our friends and families. We are really thankful for her and her Chau team for their full support of making our vision come true - thank you team! We highly recommend them if you're looking for an incredibly and fun experience of choosing your menu, professionalism, expertise, and to support an amazing female-owned business!Chau's reply:

We loved putting together your Sunday roast dinner (British-inspired) menu with Chinese flavours, and the proper roast potatoes with sambal salt, which became an instant classic that we still serve to this day.
